IL-6\uff09\u7279\u7570\u7684\u6297\u9ad4\u5df2\u9810\u5148\u5305\u88ab\u5728\u5fae\u5b54\u677f\u4e0a\u3002\u5c07\u6a19\u6e96\u54c1\u548c\u6837\u54c1\u5438\u53d6\u5230\u5b54\u4e2d\uff0c\u4e26\u4e14\u5b58\u5728\u7684\u4efb\u4f55\u767d\u4ecb\u7d20-6\uff08Interleukin-6, phase response)\u7684\u6709\u6548\u8a98\u5c0e\u5291\u3002\u5728B\u7d30\u80de(B-cells)\u6700\u7d42\u5206\u5316\u70baIg\u5206\u6ccc\u7d30\u80de(Ig-secreting cells)\u7684\u6700\u7d42\u5206\u5316\u4e2d\u8d77\u91cd\u8981\u4f5c\u7528\uff0c\u53c3\u8207\u6dcb\u5df4\u7d30\u80de(lymphocyte)\u548c\u55ae\u6838\u7d30\u80de(monocyte)\u7684\u5206\u5316\u3002\u5b83\u8a98\u5c0e\u9aa8\u9ad3\u7624(myeloma)\u548c\u6f3f\u7d30\u80de\u7624(plasmacytoma growth)\u751f\u9577\uff0c\u4e26\u8a98\u5c0e\u795e\u7d93\u7d30\u80de\u5206\u5316(differentiation)\u3002\u4f5c\u7528\u65bcB\u7d30\u80de(B-cells)\uff0cT\u7d30\u80de(T-cells)\uff0c\u809d\u7d30\u80de(hepatocytes)\uff0c\u9020\u8840\u7956\u7d30\u80de(hematopoeitic progenitor cells)\u548cCNS\u4e2d\u6a1e\u795e\u7d93\u7cfb\u7d71\u7d30\u80de\u3002\u4e5f\u53ef\u4ee5\u4f5c\u70ba\u808c\u8089\u56e0\u5b50(myokine)\u3002\u5b83\u5728\u808c\u8089\u6536\u7e2e\u5f8c\u6392\u5165\u8840\u6db2\uff0c\u4e26\u8d77\u5230\u589e\u52a0\u8102\u80aa\u5206\u89e3\u548c\u6539\u5584\u80f0\u5cf6\u7d20\u62b5\u6297(insulin resistance)\u7684\u4f5c\u7528\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u708e\u6027\u7d30\u80de\u56e0\u5b50<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u708e\u75c7\u7531\u591a\u7a2e\u53ef\u6eb6\u6027\u56e0\u5b50\u4ecb\u5c0e\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u4e00\u7d44\u7a31\u70ba\u7d30\u80de\u56e0\u5b50\u7684\u5206\u6ccc\u591a\u80bd\u3002\u708e\u6027\u7d30\u80de\u56e0\u5b50\u53ef\u5206\u70ba\u5169\u985e\uff1a\u53c3\u8207\u6025\u6027\u708e\u75c7\u7684\u7d30\u80de\u56e0\u5b50\u548c\u8ca0\u8cac\u4efb\u7684\u7d30\u80de\u56e0\u5b50\u3002\u708e\u75c7\u662f\u7d44\u7e54\u5c0d\u640d\u50b7\u7684\u53cd\u61c9\uff0c\u5176\u7279\u5fb5\u662f\u5728\u6025\u6027\u671f\u4ee5\u589e\u52a0\u7684\u8840\u6d41\u91cf\u548c\u8840\u7ba1\u901a\u900f\u6027\u4ee5\u53ca\u9ad4\u6db2\uff0c\u767d\u7d30\u80de\u548c\u708e\u6027\u4ecb\u8cea\uff08\u4f8b\u5982\u7d30\u80de\u56e0\u5b50\uff09\u7684\u7a4d\u7d2f\u70ba\u7279\u5fb5\u3002\u5e7e\u7a2e\u7d30\u80de\u56e0\u5b50\u5728\u4ecb\u5c0e\u6025\u6027\u708e\u75c7\u53cd\u61c9\u4e2d\u8d77\u95dc\u9375\u4f5c\u7528\uff0c\u5373IL-1\uff0cTNF-\u03b1\uff0cIL-6\uff0cIL-11\uff0cIL-8\u548c\u5176\u4ed6\u8da8\u5316\u56e0\u5b50\uff0cG-CSF\u548cGM-CSF\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5df2\u77e5\u53ef\u4ecb\u5c0e\u6162\u6027\u708e\u75c7\u904e\u7a0b\u7684\u7d30\u80de\u56e0\u5b50\u53ef\u5206\u70ba\u53c3\u8207\u9ad4\u6db2\u708e\u75c7\u7684\u7d30\u80de\u56e0\u5b50\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982IL-3\uff0cIL-4\uff0cIL-5\uff0cIL-6\uff0cIL-7\uff0cIL-9\uff0cIL-10\uff0cIL- 13\uff0c\u8f49\u5316\u751f\u9577\u56e0\u5b50b\uff08TGF-b\uff09\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u90a3\u4e9b\u6709\u52a9\u65bc\u7d30\u80de\u708e\u75c7\u7684\u56e0\u5b50\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982IL-1\uff0cIL-2\uff0cIL-3\uff0cIL-4\uff0cIL-7\uff0cIL-9\uff0cIL-10\uff0c
