font-size: 12pt;\"><a style=\"color: #33cccc;\" href=\"http:\/\/biopioneer.com.tw\/?p=25272\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Coenzyme \u2160 NAD(H)\u00a0\u5206\u6790\u8a66\u5291\u76d2| Micro Coenzyme \u2160 NAD(H) Assay Kit\u8ca8\u865fKTB1020<\/span><\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #999999;\">Micro Coenzyme \u2160 NAD(H) Assay Kit<\/span> <span style=\"color: #ff9900;\">0.78 \u00b5M-50 \u00b5Me\u00a0 (NAD+ \/NADH assay kit)<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u7159\u91af\u80fa\u817a\u82f7\u4e8c\u6838\u82f7\u9178(Nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide , NAD)\u662f\u4e00\u7a2e\u9176\u5171\u9ad4(enzymatic cofactor)\uff0c\u6d89\u53ca\u8a31\u591a\u6c27\u5316\u9084\u539f\u53cd\u61c9(redox reactions)\u3002NAD\u4f5c\u70ba\u96fb\u5b50\u8f09\u9ad4(redox reactions),\u5728\u6c27\u5316 (NAD) \u548c\u9084\u539f (NADH) \u5f62\u5f0f\u4e4b\u9593\u8ff4\u5708\u3002NAD \u9664\u4e86\u5728\u7d05\u6c27\u53cd\u61c9\u4e2d\u7684\u4f5c\u7528\u5916\uff0c\u5728 ADP-\u6838\u7cd6\u9178\u53cd\u61c9\u4e2d\u626e\u6f14\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u4f5c\u7528\uff0c\u4e26\u4e14\u4f5c\u70basirtuins\u7684substrate\u3002<\/p>\n<p>Abbkine\u00a0Micro Coenzyme \u2160 NAD(H) Assay Kit(\u8ca8\u865fKTB1020), \u6aa2\u6e2c\u5404\u7a2e\u7d44\u7e54\u548c\u7d30\u80de\u5404\u7a2e\u80de\u5668\u4e2dNAD \u548c NADH\u6bd4\u4f8b\u3002\u6b64\u8a66\u5291\u76d2\u57fa\u65bc\u9176\u5faa\u74b0\u53cd\u61c9 (\u5b83\u4e0d\u8fa8\u8a8d NADP+\/NADPH),\u5176\u4e2d\u5f62\u6210\u7684 NADH \u6e1b\u5c11\u4e86 formazan (MTT) \u3002\u4ee5\u6ce2\u9577 OD565 nm \u4e0b\u6e2c\u91cf\uff0c\u5438\u6536\u5149\u7684\u5f37\u5ea6\u8207\u6a23\u54c1\u4e2d\u7684 NAD+ \/NADH \u6fc3\u5ea6\u6210\u6b63\u6bd4\u3002 96 \u5b54\u677f\u6e2c\u5b9a\u4e2d\u7684\u6aa2\u6e2c\u9650\u503c\u70ba 0.78 \u03bcM \u7dda\u6027\u6700\u9ad8 50 \u03bcM NAD+\/NADH\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7159\u9170\u80fa\u817a\u560c\u5464\u4e8c\u6838\u82f7\u9178 (Nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide, NAD) \u662f\u4e00\u7a2e\u5b58\u5728\u65bc\u6240\u6709\u7d30\u80de\u4e2d\u7684\u8f14\u9176(\u00a0coenzyme)\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u5169\u7a2e\u5f62\u5f0f\uff0cNAD+\uff08\u6c27\u5316oxidized\uff09\u548c NADH\uff08\u9084\u539freduced\uff09\u3002 NAD+\u4e0d\u50c5\u662f\u6c27\u5316\u9084\u539f\u53cd\u61c9(REDOX reaction)\u4e2d\u8f49\u79fb\u96fb\u5b50(transfers electrons)\u7684\u8f14\u9176\uff0c\u9084\u662f\u8a31\u591a\u9176\u53c3\u8207\u7d30\u80de\u5167\u53cd\u61c9\u7684\u5e95\u7269\u3002 NAD+ \u5728\u7d30\u80de\u548c\u9ad4\u5167\u767c\u63ee\u8457\u91cd\u8981\u4f5c\u7528\u3002\u5176\u5408\u6210(synthesis)\u3001\u964d\u89e3(\u00a0degradationandits)\u53ca\u5176\u7522\u7269\u53c3\u8207\u7d30\u80de\u51cb\u4ea1(apoptosis)\u3001\u4ee3\u8b1d\u8abf\u63a7(metabolism regulation )\u548c\u57fa\u56e0\u8868\u9054\u8abf\u63a7(gene expression regulation)\uff0c\u6e1b\u5c11NAD+\u662f\u7d30\u80de\u6b7b\u4ea1\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u56e0\u7d20\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002 NAD+\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u6027\u8abf\u7bc0\u7d30\u80de\u6c27\u5316\u9084\u539f\u72c0\u614b\u53ca\u5176\u8abf\u7bc0\u4fe1\u865f\u901a\u8def\u548c\u8f49\u9304\u7684\u529f\u80fd\u4f7fNAD+\uff0c\u5176\u5408\u6210\u548c\u6d88\u8017\u9176\u6210\u70ba\u591a\u7a2e\u75be\u75c5\u7684\u6f5b\u5728\u85e5\u7269\u9776\u9ede\u3002 CheKine\u2122 Micro Coenzyme\u2160NAD(H) Assay Kit \u662f\u4e00\u7a2e\u57fa\u65bc WST-8 \u7684\u986f\u8272\u53cd\u61c9\uff0c\u4f7f\u7528\u6bd4\u8272\u6cd5\u4f86\u6e2c\u91cf NAD+ \u7684\u6578\u91cf\u3001\u6bd4\u4f8b\u548c\u7e3d\u91cf\u7d30\u80de\u3001\u7d44\u7e54\u6216\u5176\u4ed6\u6a23\u54c1\u4e2d\u7684\u6c27\u5316\u8f14\u9176 I(oxidized coenzyme I)\u548c\u9084\u539f\u578b\u8f14\u9176 I (NADH, reduced Coenzyme I)\u3002 NAD+\/NADH \u6aa2\u6e2c\u8a66\u5291\u76d2\u57fa\u65bc\u9176\u5faa\u74b0\u53cd\u61c9\uff08\u4e0d\u8b58\u5225 NADP+\/NADPH)\u5176\u4e2dNAD+\u88ab\u9084\u539f\u70ba NADH\uff0cNADH \u5c07 WST-8 \u9084\u539f\u70ba\u6a59\u8272\u7532\u81e2\uff0c\u5728 450 nm \u9644\u8fd1\u6aa2\u6e2c\u5230\u6700\u5927\u5438\u6536\u5cf0\u3002\u53cd\u61c9\u9ad4\u7cfb\u4e2d Formazan \u7684\u5f62\u6210\u8207\u6a23\u54c1\u4e2d NAD+ \u6216 NADH \u7684\u7e3d\u91cf\u6210\u6b63\u6bd4\u3002<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/biopioneer.com.tw\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/citation-5_%E5%B7%A5%E4%BD%9C%E5%8D%80%E5%9F%9F-1.jpg\" width=\"297\" height=\"55\" \/><\/p>\n<h4 class=\"referencessm\">This product has been cited in 3 publications (\u5982\u4e0b)<\/h4>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/biopioneer.com.tw\/wp-content\/uploads\/downloads\/2023\/11\/Coenzyme-%E2%85%A0-NADH-%E5%88%86%E6%9E%90%E8%A9%A6%E5%8A%91%E7%9B%92-NAD-NADH-assay-kit%E8%B2%A8%E8%99%9FKTB1020.jpg\" width=\"438\" height=\"766\" \/><\/p>\n<p>(<a href=\"https:\/\/www.tandfonline.com\/doi\/full\/10.1080\/21623945.2020.1748961\">\u6587\u737b\u5f15\u7528\u4f86\u81ea<\/a>) Since the NAD\/NADH ratio is required for efficient mitochondrial metabolism, we next measured the NAD<sup>+<\/sup>\/NADH ratio in cardiac tissues obtained from sham, normal, and PAI-1KO transplanted mice.
