diseases)\u5728\u5167\u7684\u8a31\u591a\u6162\u6027\u75be\u75c5\u7684\u75c5\u56e0\u6709\u95dc\u3002 \u8102\u8cea\u904e\u6c27\u5316(Lipid peroxidation)\u662f\u7531\u65bc\u6c27\u5316\u640d\u50b7(oxidative damage)\u800c\u767c\u751f\u7684\u8102\u8cea(lipids)\u964d\u89e3(degradation)\uff0c\u662f\u6c27\u5316\u61c9\u6fc0(oxidative stress)\u7684\u6709\u7528\u6a19\u8a18(useful marker)\u3002 \u591a\u4e0d\u98fd\u548c\u8102\u8cea(Polyunsaturated lipids)\u901a\u5e38\u6613\u53d7\u6d3b\u6027\u6c27(reactive oxygen)\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\u800c\u53d7\u5230\u6c27\u5316\u653b\u64ca\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u5c0e\u81f4\u7522\u751f\u660e\u78ba\u7684\u93c8\u53cd\u61c9\uff0c\u4e26\u751f\u6210\u6700\u7d42\u7522\u7269\uff0c\u5982\u4e19\u4e8c\u919b\uff08malondialdehyde ,MDA\uff09\u8102\u8cea\u904e\u6c27\u5316(Lipid peroxidation)\u53ef\u80fd\u5c0e\u81f4\u8a31\u591a\u75be\u75c5\u7684\u75c5\u7406\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u52d5\u8108\u7ca5\u6a23\u786c\u5316(atherosclerosis)\uff0c\u7cd6\u5c3f\u75c5(diabetes)\u548c\u963f\u723e\u8328\u6d77\u9ed8\u6c0f\u75c5(Alzheimer\u2019s)\u3002CheKine\u2122\u8102\u8cea\u904e\u6c27\u5316\uff08CheKine\u2122 Lipid Peroxidation (MDA) Assay Kit, MDA\uff09\u6aa2\u6e2c\u8a66\u5291\u76d2\u70ba\u6aa2\u6e2c\u5404\u7a2e\u6a23\u54c1\u4e2d\u5b58\u5728\u7684\u4e19\u4e8c\u919b\uff08malondialdehyde, MDA\uff09\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u4fbf\u5229\u7684\u5de5\u5177\u3002 MDA\u82074-\u7fa5\u57fa\u58ec\u70ef\u919b\uff084-hydroxynonenal , 4-HNE\uff09\u4e00\u8d77\u662f\u8102\u8cea\u904e\u6c27\u5316(lipid peroxidation)\u4f5c\u7528\u7684\u5929\u7136\u526f\u7522\u7269\uff0c\u5176\u5b9a\u91cf\u901a\u5e38\u7528\u4f5c\u8102\u8cea\u904e\u6c27\u5316(lipid peroxidation)\u4f5c\u7528\u7684\u6a19\u8a18\u3002 \u6a23\u54c1\u4e2d\u7684MDA\u8207\u786b\u4ee3\u5df4\u6bd4\u59a5\u9178\uff08thiobarbituric acid ,TBA\uff09\u53cd\u61c9\u751f\u6210MDA-TBA\u52a0\u5408\u7269\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u5f88\u5bb9\u6613\u5730\u5728OD 532 nm\u8655\u9032\u884c\u6bd4\u8272\u5b9a\u91cf\u3002 \u540c\u6642\uff0c\u6e2c\u91cf600nm\u8655\u7684\u5438\u5149\u5ea6\uff0c\u4e26\u901a\u904e532nm\u548c600nm\u8655\u7684\u5438\u5149\u5ea6\u4e4b\u5dee\u8a08\u7b97MDA\uff08\u4ee5\u907f\u514d\u8517\u7cd6(saccharose) stress)\u662f\u56e0\u70ba\u6a5f\u9ad4\u6d3b\u6027\u6c27\u6c34\u5e73\u548c\u5167\u6e90\u6027\u6297\u6c27\u5316\u80fd\u529b\u4e4b\u9593\u5931\u53bb\u4e86\u5e73\u8861\uff0c\u5c0e\u81f4\u7d30\u80de\u6297\u6c27\u5316\u80fd\u529b\u4e0d\u8db3\uff0c\u7d30\u80de\u5167\u6bd2\u6027\u6d3b\u6027\u6c27\uff08ROS\uff09\u589e\u52a0\uff0c\u7522\u751f\u6c27\u81ea\u7531\u57fa\uff08 OH\uff09\u53cd\u61c9\u662f\u7d30\u80de\u6c27\u5316\u640d\u50b7\u7684\u666e\u904d\u6a5f\u5236\uff0c\u6b64\u53cd\u61c9\u4e3b\u8981\u53d6\u6c7a\u65bc\u7d30\u80de\u819c\u6d41\u52d5\u6027\u3002\u81ea\u7531\u57fa\u653b\u64ca\u4e0d\u98fd\u548c\u8102\u80aa\u9178\uff0c\u964d\u4f4e\u819c\u7684\u6d41\u52d5\u6027\uff0c\u5f71\u97ff\u7d30\u80de\u751f\u7406\u529f\u80fd\uff1b\u8102\u8cea\u904e\u6c27\u5316\u904e\u7a0b\u4e2d\u7522\u751f\u7684\u6c27\u81ea\u7531\u57fa\u53ef\u6c27\u5316\u4fee\u98fe\u7d30\u80de\u819c\u4e0a\u548c\u8cea\u5167\u7684\u9176\uff0c\u4f7f\u5176\u5931\u53bb\u6d3b\u6027\u3002\u8102\u8cea\u904e\u6c27\u5316\u7522\u7269\uff0c\u5982\u4e19\u4e8c\u919b\uff08MDA\uff09\u80fd\u8207\u86cb\u767d\u3001\u6838\u9178\u53ca\u8166\u78f7\u8102\u7b49\u542b\u6c28\u57fa\u5316\u5408\u7269\u53cd\u61c9\uff0c\u4f7f\u4e4b\u767c\u751f\u4ea4\u806f\u3002\u8102\u8cea\u904e\u6c27\u5316\u53ef\u85c9\u7531\u7522\u751f\u7684\u81ea\u7531\u57fa\u640d\u50b7\u7d30\u80de\uff0c\u8a98\u5c0e\u7d30\u80de\u51cb\u4ea1\uff0c\u540c\u6642\u5176\u7d30\u80de\u6bd2\u6027\u53ef\u5f71\u97ff\u591a\u7a2e\u9175\u7d20\u7684\u6d3b\u6027\u53caATP\u7684\u5408\u6210\u3002<\/p>\n<p><img
