(<span style=\"color: #999999;\">serum)<\/span>\u3001\u8840\u6f3f\u3001\u690d\u7269(<span style=\"color: #999999;\"><span style=\"color: #808000;\">plant<\/span>)<\/span>\u3001\u52d5\u7269\u7d44\u7e54(<span style=\"color: #999999;\">animal tissue)<\/span>\/\u7d30\u80de\u88c2\u89e3\u6db2\u548c\u5176\u4ed6\u751f\u7269\u9ad4\u6db2\u4e2d\u7684 SOD \u9176\u6d3b\u6027\u3002<span style=\"color: SOD\u3002\u9019\u4e9b\u5305\u62ec\u7d30\u80de\u5167\u9285\u3001\u92c5 SOD\uff08Cu\u3001Zn SOD\/SOD1\uff09\u3001\u7dda\u7c92\u9ad4\u9333 SOD\uff08Mn SOD\/SOD2\uff09\u548c\u7d30\u80de\u5916 Cu\u3001Zn SOD\uff08EC SOD\/SOD3\uff09\u3002CheKine\u2122\u8d85\u6c27\u5316\u7269\u6b67\u5316\u9176\uff08SOD\uff09\u6d3b\u6027\u6e2c\u5b9a\u8a66\u5291\u76d2(CheKine\u2122 Superoxide dismutase (SOD) Activity Assay Kit, \u8ca8\u865fKTB1030)\u70ba\u5b9a\u91cf\u6e2c\u5b9a\u8840\u6e05(serum)\uff0c\u8840\u6f3f(plasma)\uff0c\u7d44\u7e54(tissue)\/\u7d30\u80de\u88c2\u89e3\u6db2(cell lysates)\u548c\u5176\u4ed6\u751f\u7269\u6db2\u9ad4(biological fluids)\u4e2d\u7684SOD\u9176\u6d3b\u6027(SOD enzyme oxidase, XO\uff09\u50ac\u5316\u53cd\u61c9\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u8d85\u6c27\u9670\u96e2\u5b50\uff08superoxide anion , O2-\uff09\u3002 O2-\u8207\u56db\u5511\u9393\u9e7dWST-8\u67d3\u6599( tetrazolium salt WST-8 dye)\u53cd\u61c9\u751f\u6210\u6c34\u6eb6\u6027 formazan\u7522\u7269\u3002 SOD\u6e05\u9664\u4e86O2\uff0d\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u7528\u65bc\u986f\u8272\u53cd\u61c9\u7684O2\uff0d\u8f03\u5c11\u3002 \u901a\u904e\u6bd4\u8272\u6cd5\u5728OD 450nm\u4e0b\u6e2c\u91cfSOD\u7684\u9019\u7a2e\u6291\u5236\u6d3b\u6027\u3002<span title=\"\">\u7531\u65bcSOD\u8a66\u5291\u76d2\uff08KTB1030\uff09\u5831\u544a\u70ba\u6291\u5236\uff05\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u53ef\u4ee5\u4e0d\u4f7f\u7528\u6a19\u6e96\u8a66\u5291\u3002<\/span> <span
