\u4e00\u6c27\u5316\u6c2e(NO)\uff08Nitric Oxide Assay Kit , NO\uff09\u6aa2\u6e2c\u8a66\u5291\u76d2\uff0c\u61c9\u7528\u539f\u7406\u70ba\u4e00\u6c27\u5316\u6c2e(NO) \u88ab\u6c27\u5316\u6210\u4e9e\u785d\u9178\u9e7d\u548c\u785d\u9178\u9e7d\uff0c\u6e2c\u5b9a\u4e9e\u785d\u9178\u9e7d\u548c\u785d\u9178\u9e7d\u7684\u7e3d\u91cf\u4f86\u7b97\u4e00\u6c27\u5316\u6c2e(NO)\u7e3d\u91cf\u3002 \u63a1\u7528\u6539\u826fGriess \u65b9\u6cd5\u5c07\u785d\u9178\u9e7d\u9084\u539f\u70ba\u4e9e\u785d\u9178\u9e7d\u5f8c\uff0c\u6e96\u78ba\u6e2c\u5b9a \u4e00\u6c27\u5316\u6c2e(NO)\u7684\u91cf\u3002Griess\u5206\u6790\u6a5f\u7406\u70ba\u91cd\u6c2e\u985e\u4e4b\u9593\u7684\u5076\u6c2e\u8026\u5408\uff0c\u91cd\u6c2e\u985e\u662f\u7531\u78fa\u80fa(sulfanilamide)\u548c NO2-\u548c N-\uff081-\u8418\u57fa\uff09\u4e59\u4e8c\u6708\u5b89\u4e8cyan\u9178\u9e7d\u7522\u751f\u7684\uff0c\u7522\u751f\u8207 \u4e00\u6c27\u5316\u6c2e(NO)\u4ee3\u8b1d\u7269\u6210\u6b63\u6bd4\u7684\u6bd4\u8272\uff08540 nm\uff09\u7522\u7269\u3002\u8a72\u53cd\u61c9\u539f\u7406\u7684\u512a\u52e2\uff1aAbbkine\u7684\u4e00\u6c27\u5316\u6c2e\uff08NO\uff09\u6aa2\u6e2c\u8a66\u5291\u76d2\uff0c\u9996\u5148\u5c07\u785d\u9178\u9e7d\u9084\u539f\u70ba\u4e9e\u785d\u9178\u9e7d\uff0c\u7d50\u679c\u66f4\u70ba\u6e96\u78ba\u3002\u4e00\u6c27\u5316\u6c2e(NO)\u6eb6\u65bc\u6db2\u9ad4\u5f8c\u6703\u751f\u6210\u4e9e\u785d\u9178\u9e7d\u548c\u785d\u9178\u9e7d\uff0c\u4e9e\u785d\u9178\u9e7d\u548c\u785d\u9178\u9e7d\u7684\u76f8\u5c0d\u542b\u91cf\u8b8a\u5316\u5f88\u5927\uff0c\u6700\u6e96\u78ba\u78ba\u5b9a\u7e3d\u4e00\u6c27\u5316\u6c2e(NO)\u91cf\uff0c\u9700\u540c\u6642\u6e2c\u91cf\u785d\u9178\u9e7d\u548c\u4e9e\u785d\u9178\u9e7d\u3002\u6aa2\u6e2c\u7bc4\u570d\uff1a1-100
