This showed specific staining for PD-1H in the T cell zone and marginal zone. The antibody stains P815 cells transfected with full-length PD-1H plasmid, but not control plasmid. Antibody specificity has been confirmed by ELISA. A single 200-\u03bcg dose of MH5A prevented aGVHD in mouse models, caused a reduction in accumulation and expansion of CD8+ and CD4+ T cells in spleens and livers and greatly reduced numbers of inflitrating T cells in all aGVHD target tissues examined.
