antibody) \u7d50\u5408\u3002\u5c07\u6a19\u6e96\u548c\u6a23\u54c1\u79fb\u5165Well\u4e2d, \u4e26\u7d93\u53bb\u9664\u4efb\u4f55\u672a\u7d50\u5408\u7684\u7269\u8cea\u5f8c\uff0cHRP-\u7d50\u5408\u5c0f\u9f20IL-6\u6aa2\u6e2c\u6297\u9ad4\u6dfb\u52a0\u5230Well\u4e2d\u3002\u6d17\u6ecc\u4e26\u53bb\u9664\u4efb\u4f55\u672a\u7d50\u5408\u7684HRP\u8a66\u5291\u3002\u52a0\u5165\u8272\u8b8a\u6eb6\u6db2\u65bcWell\u4e2d\uff0c\u5448\u8272\u8207\u521d\u59cb\u6b65\u9a5f\u4e2dIL-6\u7d50\u5408\u91cf\u6210\u6bd4\u4f8b\u3002\u505c\u6b62\u986f\u8272\u53cd\u61c9\u4e26\u6e2c\u91cf\u5448\u8272\u7684\u5f37\u5ea6\u3002\u5075\u6e2c\u7bc4\u570d:
