\u7522\u54c1\u4ecb\u7d39:AZD-3759\u662f\u4e00\u7a2e\u6709\u6548\u7684\u8868\u76ae\u751f\u9577\u56e0\u5b50\u53d7\u9ad4\uff08epidermal growth factor receptor , EGFR\uff09\u6291\u5236\u5291\uff0c\u5177\u6709\u6f5b\u5728\u7684\u6297\u816b\u7624\u6d3b\u6027\u3002 AZD-3759\u7d50\u5408\u4f75\u6291\u5236EGFR\u4ee5\u53ca\u67d0\u4e9bEGFR\u7a81\u8b8a\u5f62\u5f0f\u7684\u6d3b\u6027\u3002\u9019\u53ef\u4ee5\u9632\u6b62EGFR\u4ecb\u5c0e\u7684\u4fe1\u865f\u50b3\u5c0e\uff0c\u4e26\u53ef\u80fd\u5c0e\u81f4\u8a98\u5c0e\u7d30\u80de\u6b7b\u4ea1\u548c\u6291\u5236EGFR\u904e\u8868\u9054\u7d30\u80de\u4e2d\u7684\u816b\u7624\u751f\u9577\u3002 AZD-3759 is a potent epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) inhibitor, with potential antineoplastic activity. AZD-3759 binds to and inhibits the activity of EGFR as well as certain mutant forms of EGFR. This prevents EGFR-mediated signaling, and may lead to both induction of cell death and inhibition of tumor growth in EGFR-overexpressing cells.<\/p>\n
