1.1.1.27)\uff0c\u5e7e\u4e4e\u5b58\u5728\u65bc\u6240\u6709\u6d3b\u7d30\u80de\uff08\u52d5\u7269\u3001\u690d\u7269\u548c\u539f\u6838\u751f\u7269\uff09\u4e2d\u3002\u5b83\u50ac\u5316\u4e19\u916e\u9178(pyruvate)\u548c\u4e73\u9178(lactate )\u7684\u76f8\u4e92\u8f49\u5316\uff0c\u540c\u6642\u4f34\u96a8\u8457 NADH \u548c NAD+ \u7684\u76f8\u4e92\u8f49\u5316\u3002\u5b83\u5728\u7f3a\u6c27\u689d\u4ef6(hypoxic conditions)\u4e0b\u5c07\u7cd6\u9175\u89e3(glycolysis)\u7684\u6700\u7d42\u7522\u7269\u4e19\u916e\u9178\u8f49\u5316\u70ba\u4e73\u9178(lactate )\u3002\u4e73\u9178\u812b\u6c2b\u9176 (Lactate dehydrogenase, LDH) \u5b9a\u91cf\u662f\u6709\u610f\u7fa9\u7684\uff0c\u56e0\u70ba\u67d0\u4e9b\u4e73\u9178\u812b\u6c2b\u9176 (Lactate dehydrogenase, LDH)
