\u7522\u54c1\u4ecb\u7d39:\u00a0 \u9435\u8abf\u7d20(Hepcidin)\u662f\u4e00\u7a2e\u809d\u81df\u7522\u751f\u7684\u6fc0\u7d20(Hepcidin)\uff0c\u69cb\u6210\u9435\u5728\u7d44\u7e54\u4e2d\u5438\u6536(iron absorption)\u548c\u5206\u4f48\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u5faa\u74b0\u8abf\u7bc0\u5291\u3002\u901a\u904e\u4fc3\u9032\u5167\u541e\u4f5c\u7528(endocytosis)\u548c\u9435\u8f49\u904b\u86cb\u767d(ferroportin)\u7684\u964d\u89e3(degradation)\u800c\u8d77\u4f5c\u7528\uff0c\u5c0e\u81f4\u9435\u4fdd\u7559\u5728\u9435\u8f38\u51fa\u7d30\u80de(iron-exporting cells)\u4e2d\uff0c\u4e26\u6e1b\u5c11\u9435\u9032\u5165\u8840\u6f3f\u7684\u6d41\u91cf\u3002\u63a7\u88fd\u9435\u5411\u8840\u6f3f\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u6d41\u52d5\uff1a\u8178\u9053\u4e2d\u81b3\u98df\u9435\u7684\u5438\u6536\uff0c\u5de8\u566c\u7d30\u80de(macrophages)\u56de\u6536\u9435\uff0c\u541e\u566c\u820a\u7684\u7d05\u7d30\u80de\u548c\u5176\u4ed6\u7d30\u80de\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u5f9e\u809d\u7d30\u80de\u4e2d\u52d5\u54e1\u5132\u5b58\u7684\u9435\u3002 BioVision\u7684NOS2 ELISA\u8a66\u5291\u76d2\u662f\u4e00\u7a2e\u593e\u5fc3ELISA\u6e2c\u5b9a\u6cd5\uff0c\u7528\u65bc\u5b9a\u91cf\u6aa2\u6e2c\u4eba\u8840\u6e05\uff0c\u8840\u6f3f\u548c\u7d30\u80de\u57f9\u990a\u4e0a\u6e05\u6db2\u4e2d\u7684Hepc\u3002\u984f\u8272\u7684\u5bc6\u5ea6\u8207\u5f9e\u6a23\u54c1\u4e2d\u6355\u7372\u7684NOS2\u7684\u6578\u91cf\u6210\u6b63\u6bd4\u3002<\/p>\n
