\u7f8e\u570b\u6297\u9ad4\u751f\u7522\u5546Southern Biotech\u65bc1982\u5e74\uff0c\u7531UAB\u7d30\u80de\u514d\u75ab\u5c08\u5bb6Dr. Max Cooper\u8207\u5be6\u9a57\u5ba4\u6210\u54e1\u5171\u540c\u5275\u7acb\u3002SouthernBiotech\u81f4\u529b\u65bc\u751f\u7522\u9ad8\u54c1\u8cea\u4e8c\u7d1a\u6297\u9ad4\uff0c\u76ee\u524d\u9664\u4e86\u4e00\u822c\u5e38\u898b\u7684\u591a\u682a\u8207\u55ae\u682a\u4e8c\u7d1a\u6297\u9ad4\u5916\uff0c\u9084\u5e36\u6709\u87a2\u5149\u7269\u8cea\uff08FITC\u3001Spectral Red\u3001Alexa 488\u3001Alexa 647\u3001Pacific Blue\uff09\u3001\u9175\u7d20\uff08HRP\u3001AP\uff09\u3001Low Endotoxin\/Azide Free\uff08LE\/AF\uff09\u7b49\u6a19\u5b9a\uff0c\u4ee5\u53caF(ab)\u548cF(ab\u2019)2\u7b49\u6297\u9ad4\u7247\u6bb5\u3002\u8af8\u5982\u6b64\u985e\u591a\u6a23\u5316\u7522\u54c1\uff0c\u5354\u52a9\u5404\u7a2e\u5be6\u9a57\u9032\u884c\u3002<\/p>\n

\u4e8c\u6297(Secondary antibodies)\u662f\u91dd\u5c0d\u514d\u75ab\u7403\u86cb\u767d\uff08immunoglobulin , Ig\uff09\u5206\u5b50\u7684\u591a\u514b\u9686(polyclonal) \u548c\u55ae\u514b\u9686\u6297\u9ad4(monoclonal antibodies)\u3002\u5b83\u5011\u901a\u5e38\u8207\u6297\u539f\u7279\u7570\u6027\u4e00\u6297(specific primary antibody) \u4e00\u8d77\u4f7f\u7528\uff0c\u4e26\u4e14\u901a\u5e38\u88ab\u6a19\u5b9a\u9175\u7d20\u6216\u87a2\u5149\u7269\u8cea\u4ee5\u5e6b\u52a9\u6aa2\u6e2c\u3002\u4e8c\u6297\u53ef\u7528\u65bc\u591a\u7a2e\u61c9\u7528\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982ELISA\u3001\u514d\u75ab\u5370\u8de1(Immunoblotting)\u3001\u6d41\u5f0f\u7d30\u80de\u5100(Flow Cytometry)\u3001\u514d\u75ab\u7d44\u7e54\u67d3\u8272(Immunohistochemistry)\u3001\u514d\u75ab\u7d30\u80de\u5316\u5b78(Immuocytochemistry)\u3002\u4e8c\u7d1a\u6297\u9ad4\u901a\u5e38\u7528\u9176\u6216\u87a2\u5149\u67d3\u6599\u6a19\u8a18\uff0c\u9019\u4f7f\u5f97\u80fd\u5920\u901a\u904e\u6bd4\u8272\uff0c\u5316\u5b78\u767c\u5149\u548c\u87a2\u5149\u6280\u8853\u9032\u884c\u6aa2\u6e2c\u3002\u4f8b\u5982\uff0c\u9176\u8fa3\u6839\u904e\u6c27\u5316\u7269\u9176\uff08enzymes horseradish peroxidase , HRP\uff09\u548c\u9e7c\u6027\u78f7\u9178\u9176\uff08alkaline phosphatase , AP\uff09\u901a\u904e\u6bd4\u8272\u548c\u5316\u5b78\u767c\u5149\u5e73\u53f0\u5728ELISA\u548c\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u5370\u8de1\u61c9\u7528\u4e2d\u662f\u6709\u50f9\u503c\u7684\u3002\u87a2\u5149\u86cb\u767d\u8af8\u5982\u87a2\u5149\u7d20\uff08fluorescein , FITC\uff09\uff0c\u85fb\u7d05\u86cb\u767d\uff08phycoerythrin , PE\uff09\u548c\u82b1\u9752\uff08cyanine , CY\uff09\u7684\u87a2\u5149\u67d3\u6599\u5728\u87a2\u5149\u7684\u61c9\u7528\u4e2d\u662f\u5fc5\u4e0d\u53ef\u5c11\u7684\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u6d41\u5f0f\u7d30\u80de\u8853\uff0c\u514d\u75ab\u87a2\u5149\u986f\u5fae\u8853\u548c\u591a\u91cd\u6e2c\u5b9a\u3002\u4e8c\u6297\u5141\u8a31\u6a19\u8a18\u548c\u6aa2\u6e2c\u7684\u9748\u6d3b\u6027\u4ee5\u53ca\u901a\u904e\u4fe1\u865f\u653e\u5927\uff0c\u53ef\u589e\u52a0\u7684\u9748\u654f\u5ea6\u3002<\/p>\n
