\u7684\u7cd6\u86cb\u767d(glycoproteins)\u3002\u5b83\u5011\u4e3b\u8981\u5b58\u5728\u65bc\u767d\u8840\u7403 (white blood cells)\u4e0a\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u55ae\u6838\u7d30\u80de(monocytes)\u3001\u7d44\u7e54\u5de8\u566c\u7d30\u80de(tissue macrophages)\u3001B \u7d30\u80de(B cells)\u3001T \u7d30\u80de(T cells)\u3001\u9846\u7c92\u7d30\u80de(granulocytes)\u4ee5\u53ca\u5927\u591a\u6578\u816b\u7624\u7d30\u80de(tumor cells)\u548c\u7d30\u80de\u682a (cell lines)\u3002 Fc\u53d7\u9ad4(Fc receptors)\u5c0d\u55ae\u9ad4IgG\uff08\u6297\u9ad4\uff09(Immunoglobulins\/antibody)\u7684Fc\u5340\u6709\u5f88\u5927\u7684\u89aa\u548c\u529b\uff0c\u975e\u7279\u7570\u6027\u67d3\u8272\u548c\u80cc\u666f\u67d3\u8272\u53ef\u80fd\u662f\u514d\u75ab\u7403\u86cb\u767d\/\u6297\u9ad4\u7684 Fc \u5340\u8207\u7d30\u80de\u4e0a\u5b58\u5728\u7684 Fc \u53d7\u9ad4\u7d50\u5408\u6240\u81f4\u3002\u9019\u6a23\u7684\u5bcc\u542b Fc \u53d7\u9ad4\u7684\u6a23\u672c\u6709\u6dcb\u5df4\u7d44\u7e54(lymphoid tissues)\u3001\u6241\u6843\u9ad4\u5207\u7247(tonsil sections)\u3001\u9aa8\u9ad3\u6a19\u672c(bone marrow)\u3001\u816b\u7624\u7d30\u80de(tumor cells)\u3001\u816b\u7624\u7d30\u80de\u682a\u9ed1\u8272\u7d20\u7624(tumorcell lines)\u548c\u8840\u5857\u7247(blood smears)\u3002\u6709\u5e7e\u7a2e\u985e\u578b\u7684 Fc \u53d7\u9ad4 (Fc receptors , FcR)\uff0c\u5b83\u5011\u6839\u64da\u5b83\u5011\u8b58\u5225\u7684\u6297\u9ad4\u9032\u884c\u5206\u985e\u3002\u6709\u90a3\u4e9b\u5c0d\u55ae\u9ad4 IgG \u6297\u9ad4\u7684 Fc \u5340\u6709\u5f88\u5f37\u7684\u89aa\u548c\u529b\uff0c\u88ab\u7a31\u70baFc \u53d7\u9ad4 (Fc receptors , FcR)\uff0c\u90a3\u4e9b\u8207 IgA \u7d50\u5408\u7684\u6297\u9ad4\u7a31\u70ba Fc-\u03b1 \u53d7\u9ad4Fc \u53d7\u9ad4 (Fc receptors , FcR)\uff0c\u8207 IgE \u6297\u9ad4\u7d50\u5408\u7684\u7a31\u70ba Fc-epsilon \u53d7\u9ad4\u3002<\/p>\n<p>Fc Receptor Blocker \u53ef\u7528\u4f5c\u963b\u65b7\u5291\u4f86\u963b\u65b7\u5b58\u5728\u65bc\u9020\u8840(hematopoietic)\uff08\u8840\u6db2\u4f86\u6e90\uff09\u4e0a\u7684 Fc \u53d7\u9ad4(Fc receptors)\uff0c\u6dcb\u5df4\u7d30\u80de(lymphoid cells )\/\u7d44\u7e54\u548c\u816b\u7624\u7d30\u80de(tumor cells)\u548c\u7d30\u80de\u682a\u3002\u4e00\u6297\u6216\u4e8c\u6297\u7684 Fc \u5340\u8207\u5b58\u5728\u65bc\u767d\u8840\u7403\uff08white blood cells\uff09\u6216\u816b\u7624\u7d30\u80de\u8868\u9762\u7684 Fc \u53d7\u9ad4\u7522\u751f\u975e\u7279\u7570\u6027\u7d50\u5408(non-specific binding)\uff0c\u4e26\u4e14\u662f\u5728 IHC\u3001ICC\u3001\u514d\u75ab\u87a2\u5149(immunofluorescence)\u548c\u6d41\u5f0f\u7d30\u80de\u8853(flow cytometry assays)\u6e2c\u5b9a\u4e2d\u4f5c\u70ba\u80cc\u666f(background)\u6216\u975e\u7279\u7570\u6027\u67d3\u8272(non-specific staining)\u89c0\u5bdf\u5230\u3002Azide-free Fc\u53d7\u9ad4\u963b\u6eef\u5291(Azide-free Fc receptor blocker)\u4e0d\u542b\u758a\u6c2e\u5316\u9209(sodium azide)\u6216\u786b\u67f3\u6c5e(thimerosol)\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u9069\u7528\u65bc\u6709\u6548\u7684\u963b\u65b7\u6dcb\u5df4\u548c\u9020\u8840\u4f86\u6e90\u7684\u975e\u56fa\u5b9a\u6d3b\u7d30\u80de(non-fixed live cells)\u4ee5\u53ca\u816b\u7624\u7d30\u80de\u548c\u7d30\u80de\u682a\u4e2d\u7684 Fc \u53d7\u9ad4(Fc receptors)\u8868\u9762\u651c\u5e36 Fc \u53d7\u9ad4\u3002\u5bcc\u542b Fc \u53d7\u9ad4(Fc receptors)\u7684\u6a19\u672c\u5f88\u591a\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u6241\u6843\u9ad4(tonsil)\u3001\u9aa8\u9ad3(bone marrow)\u3001\u6dcb\u5df4\u7d50(lymph nodes)\u3001\u8840\u7d30\u80de(blood cell)\u88fd\u5291\u9ed1\u8272\u7d20\u7624\u548c\u5927\u591a\u6578\u816b\u7624\u7d30\u80de\u548c\u7d30\u80de\u682a\u3002<\/p>\n<p><a \u53d7\u9ad4\u529f\u80fd\u6e2c\u5b9a\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u758a\u6c2e\u5316\u9209\u548c\u5176\u4ed6\u9632\u8150\u5291\u5f15\u8d77\u5167\u541e\u4f5c\u7528(endocytosis)\u4e26\u5c0e\u81f4\u7d30\u80de\u6bd2\u6027(cytotoxicity)\u548c\u7d30\u80de\u640d\u5bb3(cell damage)\u3002\u8a72\u8a66\u5291\u65e8\u5728\u7528\u4f5c\u963b\u65b7\u5291(blocking agent)\uff0c\u7528\u65bc\u963b\u65b7\u9020\u8840(hematopoietic)\u3001\u6dcb\u5df4\u6a19\u672c(lymphoid specimens)\u4e2d\u7684 Fc \u53d7\u9ad4\u4f5c\u70ba\u8868\u9054 Fc \u53d7\u9ad4\u7684\u816b\u7624\u7d30\u80de\u548c\u7d30\u80de\u682a\u3002<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"\" \uff0c\u5148\u9032\u548c\u7368\u7279\u7684\u529f\u80fd\uff1b\u963b\u65b7\u4eba\u548c\u52d5\u7269\u7d30\u80de\u4e2d\u7684Fc\u53d7\u9ad4\u3002\u662f\u6e96\u78ba\u7684\u6dcb\u5df4\u7624\uff0c\u767d\u8840\u75c5\u548c\u9ed1\u8272\u7d20\u7624\u5206\u578b\u4ee5\u53ca\u7121\u80cc\u666fKappa\u548c\u03bb\u67d3\u8272\u7684\u5fc5\u9700\u54c1\u3002Innovex Fc Receptor Block\u662f\u4e00\u7a2e\u57fa\u65bcpeptide based\u7684\u6280\u8853\uff0c\u4e0d\u542b\u6297\u9ad4\uff0c\u8840\u6e05\uff0c\u514d\u75ab\u7403\u86cb\u767d\uff0c\u514d\u75ab\u7403\u86cb\u767d\u7247\u6bb5\u6216\u93c8\u9ef4\u86cb\u767d\u9176\u3002\u76ee\u7684\u70ba\u963b\u65b7\u6240\u6709\u767d\u8840\u7403\u7d30\u80de\uff08white Receptors)\u3002\u5728\u5ba4\u6eab\u4e0b\u5c0d\u4eba\u9ad4\u7d44\u7e54\/\u7d30\u80de\u9032\u884c30\u5206\u9418\u7684\u5b75\u80b2\u6b65\u9a5f\uff1b\u52d5\u7269\u7d44\u7e54\/\u7d30\u80de\u5b75\u80b245\u5206\u9418\u81f31\u5c0f\u6642\u3002\u6d88\u9664\u767d\u8840\u7403\u7d30\u80de\uff0c\u6dcb\u5df4\u7d44\u7e54\uff0c\u7d30\u80de\u682a\uff08\u8840\u6db2\u548c\u9aa8\u9ad3\uff09\uff0c\u9ed1\u8272\u7d20\u7624\u548c\u5176\u4ed6\u8868\u9054Fc\u7684\u816b\u7624\u7684\u5047\u967d\u6027\u67d3\u8272\uff0c\u78ba\u4fdd\u51c6\u78ba\u7684\u6dcb\u5df4\u7624\u548c\u767d\u8840\u75c5\u5206\u578b\u3002<img Fc\u53d7\u9ad4\u67d3\u8272\u901a\u904e\u7d30\u80de\u4e0a\u5b58\u5728\u7684Fc\u53d7\u9ad4\u8207\u521d\u7d1a\u548c\/\u6216\u7b2c\u4e8c\u6297\u9ad4\u7684Fc\u5340\u7684\u7d50\u5408\u800c\u767c\u751f\u3002 Fc\u53d7\u9ad4\u963b\u65b7\u5291\u53ef\u7528\u65bcIHC\uff08\u51b7\u51cd\u548c\u77f3\u881f\uff09\uff0c\u514d\u75ab\u87a2\u5149(immunofluorescence)\uff0c\u6d41\u5f0f\u7d30\u80de\u8853(flow cytometry)\u548c\u539f\u4f4d\u96dc\u4ea4(in-situ hybridization)\u3002\u5c0d\u65bc\u6d3b\u7d30\u80de\u548c\u529f\u80fd\u6e2c\u5b9a\uff0c\u5efa\u8b70\u4f7f\u7528Azide-Free Fc Block
