\u7522\u54c1\u63cf\u8ff0\uff1a<\/strong>\u982d\u5b62\u897f\u4e01(Cefoxitin)\u662f\u7b2c\u4e8c\u4ee3\u982d\u5b62\u83cc\u7d20(cephalosporin)\u6297\u751f\u7d20\uff0c\u5df2\u88ab\u7528\u65bc\u6cbb\u7642\u5ee3\u6cdb\u7684\u9769\u862d\u6c0f\u9670\u6027(gram-negative)\u548c\u9769\u862d\u6c0f\u967d\u6027(gram-positive)\u7d30\u83cc\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u53ad\u6c27\u83cc(anaerobes)\u3002 \u5b83\u901a\u904e\u5e72\u64fe\u7d30\u83cc\u7d30\u80de\u58c1\u5408\u6210\u8d77\u4f5c\u7528\uff0c\u4e26\u4e14\u9084\u986f\u793a\u8a98\u5c0e\u03b2-\u5167\u9170\u80fa\u9176(\u03b2-lactamase)\u5408\u6210\u3002Cefoxitin is a second-generation cephalosporin antibiotic that has been used to treat a wide range of gram-negative and gram-positive bacteria including anaerobes. It acts by interfering with bacterial cell wall synthesis and has also been shown to induce \u03b2-lactamase synthesis.<\/p>\n
