\u7522\u54c1\u4ecb\u7d39<\/strong>:<\/strong> LB Agar (Lennox)\u7528\u65bc\u5be6\u9a57\u5ba4\u74b0\u5883\u4e2d\u7684\u5206\u5b50\u907a\u50b3\u5b78\u7814\u7a76\u3002 LB Agar(Lennox)\u4e0d\u7528\u65bc\u8a3a\u65b7\u4eba\u985e\u7684\u75be\u75c5\u6216\u5176\u4ed6\u75be\u75c5\u3002LB Agar\u71df\u990a\u8c50\u5bcc\uff0c\u7531Lennox\u958b\u767c\uff0c\u7528\u65bc\u751f\u9577\u548c\u7dad\u6301\u5927\u8178\u687f\u83cc\u91cd\u7d44\u83cc\u682a(recombinant strains of E. coli)\u7684\u7d14\u57f9\u990a\u7269\u3002 \u9019\u4e9b\u83cc\u682a\u901a\u5e38\u4f86\u81ea\u5927\u8178\u687f\u83ccK12\uff0c\u5176\u7f3a\u4e4fB\u65cf\u7dad\u751f\u7d20(B vitamin)\u7684\u7522\u751f\u3002 \u901a\u904e\u7279\u7570\u6027\u7a81\u8b8a\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u4fee\u98fe\u8a72\u5927\u8178\u687f\u83cc\u83cc\u682a\uff0c\u4ee5\u7522\u751f\u4e0d\u80fd\u5728\u71df\u990a\u7f3a\u4e4f\u7684\u57f9\u990a\u57fa(nutritionally deficient media) \u4e0a\u751f\u9577\u7684\u71df\u990a\u7f3a\u9677\u578b\u83cc\u682a(auxotrophic strain)\u3002 LB Agar\u63d0\u4f9b\u9019\u4e9b\u751f\u7269\u7684\u6240\u6709\u71df\u990a\u9700\u6c42\u3002LB\u74ca\u8102\u542b\u6709LB\u74ca\u8102\u7684\u7c73\u52d2\u914d\u65b9 (Miller formulation) \u7684\u4e00\u534a\u6c2f\u5316\u9209 (sodium chloride) \u6c34\u5e73\uff0c\u5141\u8a31\u7814\u7a76\u4eba\u54e1\u9078\u64c7\u7279\u5b9a\u83cc\u682a\u7684\u6700\u4f73\u9e7d\u6fc3\u5ea6\u3002<\/p>\n

LB Agar is nutritionally rich, developed by Lennox for growth and maintenance of pure cultures of recombinant strains of E. coli. These strains are generally derived from E. coli K12, which are deficient in B vitamin production. This strain of E. coli has been further modified through specific mutation to create an auxotrophic strain that is not capable of growth on nutritionally deficient media. LB Agar provides all nutritional requirements of these organisms. LB Agar contains half the sodium chloride level of the Miller formulation of LB Agar, allowing the researcher to select the optimal salt concentration for a specific strain.<\/p>\n

\u6aa2\u9a57\u65b9\u6cd5\uff1a\u6aa2\u9ad4\u7d93\u7cfb\uf99c\u7a00\u91cb\u5f8c\uff0c\u4ee5\u5e73\u677f\u8a08\uf969\u57f9\u990a\u57fa\u57f9\u990a\u53ca\u8a08\uf969\u4e4b\u65b9\u6cd5\u3002 2.1. \u5de5\u4f5c\u74b0\u5883\uff1a\u5de5\u4f5c\u5e73\u53f0\u9808\u5bec\u655e\u3001\u6f54\u6de8\u3001\u5149\u7dda\uf97c\u597d\uff0c\u64cd\u4f5c\u5e73\u53f0\u5149\ufa01\u70ba 100 \u544e\u71ed\u5149\u4ee5\u4e0a\uff0c\u5bc6\u9589\u5ba4\u5167\u63db\u6c23\uf97c\u597d\uff0c\u5118\u53ef\u80fd\u6c92\u6709\u7070\u5875\u53ca\uf9ca \u52d5\u7a7a\u6c23\u3002\u6bcf 15 \u5206\u9418\uf918\u83cc\uf969\uf967\u5f97\u8d85\u904e 15 CFU\/\u57f9\u990a\u76bf\u3002<\/p>\n
