V\u7d30\u80de\u67d3\u8272\uff0c\u7528\u65bc\u6aa2\u6e2c\u7d30\u80de\u51cb\u4ea1\u65e9\u671f\u7684\u7d30\u80de\u819c\u8b8a\u5316\u3002\u5728\u7d30\u80de\u51cb\u4ea1\u65e9\u671f\uff0c\u819c\u78f7\u8102\u91af\u7d72\u6c28\u9178phosphatidylserine (PS)\u7531\u8102\u819c\u5167\u5074\u7ffb\u5411\u5916\u5074\u3002Annexin V\u662f\u4e00\u7a2eCa\u96e2\u5b50\u4f9d\u8cf4\u6027\u78f7\u8102\u7d50\u5408\u86cb\u767d\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u8207\u78f7\u8102\u91af\u7d72\u6c28\u9178phosphatidylserine (PS) \u7279\u7570\u7d50\u5408\u3002Annexin V\u7d50\u5408\u4e0d\u540c\u67d3\u5291\u4e4b\u6a19\u8a8cFITC\u3001Cy3\u3001EGFP\u3001Cy5\u3001PE\u3001Biotin\u7b49\uff1bAnnexin V\u901a\u904e\u6d41\u5f0f\u7d30\u80de\u5100\u6216\u87a2\u5149\u986f\u5fae\u93e1\u53ef\u4ee5\u6aa2\u6e2c\u5230\u7d30\u80de\u51cb\u4ea1\u7684\u767c\u751f\u3002\u7d50\u5408\u7d30\u80de\u6838\u67d3\u5291PI\uff0c\u5229\u7528\u6d41\u5f0f\u7d30\u80de\u5100\u6216\u87a2\u5149\u986f\u5fae\u93e1\u53ef\u5075\u6e2c\u5075\u6e2c\u7d30\u80de\u51cb\u4ea1\u73fe\u8c61\u53ca\u5176\u51cb\u4ea1\u5206\u671f\u3002\u7898\u5316\u4e19\u5576(Propidium Iodide, PI)\u662f\u4e00\u7a2e\u6838\u9178\u67d3\u6599\uff0cPI\u53ea\u80fd\u900f\u904e\u51cb\u4ea1\u665a\u671f\u548c\u6b7b\u7d30\u80de\u7684\u7d30\u80de\u819c\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64Annexin V\u548cPI\u7d50\u5408\u4f7f\u7528\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u5340\u5206\u51cb\u4ea1\u65e9\u665a\u671f\u7684\u7d30\u80de\u53ca\u6b7b\u7d30\u80de\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u7d30\u80de\u51cb\u4ea1\u4ecb\u7d39<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong>\u00a0\u7d30\u80de\u51cb\u4ea1\u662f\u6307\u70ba\u7dad\u6301\u6709\u6a5f\u9ad4\u5167\u74b0\u5883\u7a69\u5b9a\uff0c\u7531\u57fa\u56e0\u63a7\u5236\u7684\u7d30\u80de\u81ea\u4e3b\u7684\u6709\u5e8f\u7684\u6b7b\u4ea1\u3002\u6b63\u5e38\u60c5\u6cc1\u4e0b\uff0c\u4efb\u4f55\u7d30\u80de\u5728\u5f62\u6210\u904e\u7a0b\u4e2d\u767c\u751f\u7684\u7570\u5e38\u90fd\u6703\u901a\u904e\u51cb\u4ea1\u6d88\u9664\u3002\u4f8b\u5982\uff0c\u9ad4\u5167\u7684\u764c\u7d30\u80de\u589e\u9577\u70ba\u816b\u7624\u7684\u904e\u7a0b\u6703\u53d7\u7d30\u80de\u51cb\u4ea1\u7684\u5f15\u5c0e\u800c\u88ab\u6291\u5236\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u5728\u6291\u764c\u57fa\u56e0p53\u51fa\u73fe\u554f\u984c\u6642\uff0c\u51cb\u4ea1\u5c31\u4e0d\u6703\u8a98\u5c0e\u767c\u751f\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u5c0e\u81f4\u764c\u7d30\u80de\u7684\u4e0d\u65b7\u589e\u9577\u3002\u7d30\u80de\u51cb\u4ea1\u53ef\u4ee5\u901a\u904e\u7d30\u80de\u5f62\u614b\u7684\u8b8a\u5316\u6216\u751f\u7269\u5316\u5b78\u7684\u8b8a\u5316\u4f86\u6aa2\u6e2c\u3002\u76ee\u524d\u5e38\u7528\u7684\u6307\u6a19\u6709caspase\u6d3b\u6027\u5206\u6790\u3001DNA\u7247\u6bb5\u5206\u6790\u3001\u53ca\u78f7\u8102\u91af\u7d72\u6c28\u9178phosphatidylserine
