#3366ff;\">pLenti-III-mir-GFP<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u91cd\u7d44\u6162\u75c5\u6bd2\u8868\u9054\u8f09\u9ad4 (Recombinant lentiviral expression vectors) \u662f\u7528\u65bcmiRNA\u905e\u9001 (miRNA delivery) \u7684\u6700\u5ee3\u6cdb\u4f7f\u7528\u7684\u905e\u9001\u8f09\u9ad4\uff0c\u7531\u65bc\u5176\u9ad8\u6548\u8f49\u5c0e(high efficiency transduction) \u548c\u7a69\u5b9a\u6574\u5408 (stable integration)\u3002abm\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u6700\u5168\u9762\u7684miRNA\u6162\u75c5\u6bd2\u8868\u9054\u8f09\u9ad4\uff08lentimira\uff09\u9078\u64c7\u3002
