Anti-ALDH1A1 Antibody (ALDH1A1\/1381)<\/p>\n

\u7522\u54c1\u63cf\u8ff0\uff1a<\/strong>\u919b\u812b\u6c2b\u9176\uff08ALDH\uff09\u662fNAD\uff08P\uff09+\u4f9d\u8cf4\u6027\u9176\uff0c\u5176\u901a\u904e\u5c07\u919b\u6c27\u5316\u6210\u7fa7\u9178\u4f86\u4f7f\u919b\u89e3\u6bd2\u3002\u00a0ALDH1A1\u5c6c\u65bcALDH\u9176\uff0cALDH\u9176\u662f\u4e00\u985e\u9032\u5316\u4e0a\u4fdd\u5b88\u7684\u9176\uff0c\u00a019\u7a2eALDH\u5b58\u5728\u65bc\u4eba\u9ad4\u4e2d\uff0c\u753119\u7a2e\u540c\u7a2e\u578b\u7d44\u6210\uff0c\u4ee5\u591a\u7a2e\u7d30\u80de\u5668\u8868\u9054\u4e26\u5177\u6709\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u5e95\u7269\u504f\u597d\u3002 ALDH1A1\u662f\u4e00\u7a2e\u7d30\u80de\u6eb6\u8cea\u9176\uff0c\u512a\u5148\u5c07\u8996\u9ec3\u919b\u6c27\u5316\u6210\u8996\u9ec3\u9178\u3002ALDH1A1\u4f4d\u65bc\u7d30\u80de\u8cea(cytoplasm) \uff0c\u7dda\u7c92\u9ad4 (mitochondria) \u6216\u7d30\u80de\u6838(nucleus) \u4e2d\u3002 ALDH1A1\u5728\u8a31\u591a\u5668\u5b98\u7684\u4e0a\u76ae\u7d30\u80de\u4e2d\u8868\u9054\uff0cALDH1A1\u4e3b\u8981\u5728\u777e\u4e38(testis)\uff0c\u8166(brain)\uff0c\u773c(eye)\uff0c\u809d(liver)\uff0c\u773c\u6676\u72c0\u9ad4\uff0c\u89d2\u819c\uff0c\u814e(kidney)\u7684\u4e0a\u76ae\u7d30\u80de\u4ee5\u53ca\u795e\u7d93(neural)\u548c\u9020\u8840\u5e79\u7d30\u80de(hematopoietic stem cells)\u4e2d\u8868\u9054\u3002 \u00a0ALDH1A1\u5728\u8166\u591a\u5df4\u80fa\u80fd\u795e\u7d93\u5143\u4e2d\u9ad8\u5ea6\u8868\u9054\uff0c\u5728\u90a3\u88e1\u5b83\u7522\u751f\u5206\u5316\u548c\u767c\u80b2\u6240\u9700\u7684\u8996\u9ec3\u9178\u3002 \u7531ALDH1A1\u7522\u751f\u7684\u8996\u9ec3\u9178\u5c0d\u65bc\u9020\u8840\u5e79\u7d30\u80de\u7684\u5206\u5316\u4e5f\u662f\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u3002\u64da\u5831\u5c0e\uff0c\u8207\u8166\u819c\u7624\u548c\u6ed1\u819c\u8089\u7624\u76f8\u6bd4\uff0cALDH1A1\u5728\u5b64\u7acb\u6027\u7e96\u7dad\u7624\uff08solitary fibrous tumor , SFT\uff09\u548c\u8840\u7ba1\u5916\u76ae\u7d30\u80de\u7624\uff08hemangiopericytoma , HPC\uff09\u4e2d\u7684\u8868\u9054\u8f03\u9ad8\u3002 \u8207CD34\u7d44\u5408\uff0cALDH1A1\u53ef\u7528\u65bcSFT\uff0cHPC\uff0c\u8166\u819c\u7624(meningioma)\u548c\u6ed1\u819c\u8089\u7624(synovial sarcoma)\u7684\u5206\u5316\u3002ALDH1A1\u662f\u4e59\u919b\u6c27\u5316\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u9176\uff0c\u4e59\u919b\u662f\u4e59\u9187\u7684\u6709\u6bd2\u4ee3\u8b1d\u7522\u7269\u3002<\/p>\n
