\u7522\u54c1\u63cf\u8ff0\uff1a<\/strong>\u7fa7\u8290\u9752\u9ef4\u7d20\u4e8c\u9209(Carbenicillin disodium) \u662f\u7fa7\u8290\u9752\u9ef4\u7d20\u03b2-\u5167\u9170\u80fa\u6297\u751f\u7d20\u5bb6\u65cf(carboxypenicillin \u03b2-lactam antibiotic family) \u7684\u6210\u54e1\u3002 \u901a\u904e\u6ec5\u6d3b\u7d30\u83cc\u7d30\u80de\u819c\u5167\u8868\u9762\u4e0a\u7684\u8f49\u80bd\u9176(transpeptidases) \u4f86\u6291\u5236\u7d30\u83cc\u7d30\u80de\u58c1(inner surface) \u7684\u5408\u6210\u3002 \u8207\u5927\u591a\u6578\u03b2-\u5167\u9170\u80fa\u985e(\u03b2-lactams) \u4e0d\u540c\uff0c\u7fa7\u8290\u9752\u9ef4\u7d20\u4e8c\u9209(carbenicillin disodium)\u4e3b\u8981\u9650\u65bc\u9769\u862d\u6c0f\u9670\u6027\u83cc(gram negative bacteria) \uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u9285\u7da0\u5047\u55ae\u80de\u83cc(Pseudomonas aeruginosa) \u548c\u666e\u901a\u8178\u9053\u83cc(enteric species)\u3002 \u7fa7\u8290\u9752\u9ef4\u7d20(Carbenicillin)\u5e38\u898f\u7528\u65bc\u5728Rosetta 2\u7d30\u80de\u7cfb\u4e2d\u4ee550\u03bcg\/ ml\u7684\u6709\u6548\u6fc3\u5ea6\u9078\u64c7\u542b\u6709pET28\u6297\u6027\u8cea\u9ad4\u7684\u54fa\u4e73\u52d5\u7269\u7d30\u80de\u3002<\/p>\n
