\u8089\u6bd2\u687f\u83cc\u6bd2\u7d20\uff08BTX\uff09\u662f\u7531\u8089\u6bd2\u687f\u83cc\u548c\u76f8\u95dc\u7269\u7a2e\u7522\u751f\u7684\u795e\u7d93\u6bd2\u6027\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u3002\u6709\u516b\u7a2e\u985e\u578b\u7684\u8089\u6bd2\u687f\u83cc\u6bd2\u7d20\uff0c\u540d\u70baA-H\u578b\u3002Tetracore\u63d0\u4f9b\u8089\u6bd2\u687f\u83cc\u6bd2\u7d20A\uff08Botulinum Toxin A\uff09\u3001\u8089\u6bd2\u687f\u83cc\u6bd2\u7d20A&B\uff08Botulinum Toxin A&B\uff09\u3001\u8089\u6bd2\u687f\u83cc\u6bd2\u7d20C\uff08Botulinum Toxin C\uff09\u3001\u8089\u6bd2\u687f\u83cc\u6bd2\u7d20E\uff08Botulinum Toxin E\uff09\u3001\u8089\u6bd2\u687f\u83cc\u6bd2\u7d20F\uff08Botulinum Toxin F\uff09\u7b49ELISA\u6aa2\u6e2c\u8a66\u5291\u76d2\uff0c\u53ef\u5075\u6e2c\u74b0\u5883\u4e2d\u7684\u8089\u6bd2\u687f\u83cc\u3002\u7522\u54c1\u5177\u6709(+\/-) \u7684ELISA\u6703\u6709positive\u548cnegative\u7684capture antibody\u884c\u884c\u4ea4\u932f\uff0cnegative\u53ef\u76f4\u63a5\u5c0d\u7167\u4e0a\u884c\u7684positive\u7d50\u679c\uff0c\u5728\u6df7\u5408\u7269\u7684sample\u4e2d\u53ef\u5f97\u5230\u8f03\u4f73\u7684\u7d50\u679c\u3002\u3010\u6ce8\u610f\u4e8b\u9805\u3011\u672c\u985e\u5957\u7d44\u4e0d\u542b\u6a19\u6e96\u54c1\uff08\u9700\u81ea\u5099\uff09\uff0cNot for diagnostic use of clinical samples\u3002<\/p>\n

\u7522\u54c1\u63cf\u8ff0\uff1a<\/strong>\u8089\u6bd2\u687f\u83cc\u6bd2\u7d20B (Botulinum Toxin B) \u6297\u539f\u6aa2\u6e2c\u5957\u7d44\uff0c\u61c9\u7528\u6297\u9ad4\u8207\u6297\u539f\u4e4b\u9593\u5177\u6709\u9ad8\u5ea6\u5c08\u4e00\u6027\uff0c\u505a\u70ba\u5b9a\u91cf\u6a19\u8a8c\u7684\u65b9\u6cd5\uff1b\u7121\u8ad6\u6e2c\u91cf\u6297\u539f\u6216\u6e2c\u91cf\u6297\u9ad4\u90fd\u6709\u5f88\u9ad8\u7684\u9748\u654f\u5ea6\u8ddf\u5c08\u4e00\u6027\u3002\u7522\u54c1\u8a2d\u8a08\u70ba\u4f7f\u7528\u55ae\u682a\u8089\u6bd2\u687f\u83cc\u6bd2\u7d20B (anti-Bot Toxin B Monoclonal)\u4f5c\u70baCapture\u6355\u7372\u6297\u9ad4\uff0c\u56fa\u5b9a\u65bc96well\uff0c\u7d93blocking\u5f8c\uff0c\u52a0\u5165\u6e2c\u8a66\u6a23\u54c1\/\u6a19\u6e96\u54c1\/ ELISA Dilution\/Blocking Buffer; 37\u5ea6C\u53cd\u61c91\u5c0f\u6642\uff0c\u4ee5PBST\u6e05\u6d174\u6b21\u5f8c\u3002\u518d\u52a0\u5165\u7b2c\u4e8c\u500b\u5154\u6297\u8089\u6bd2\u687f\u83cc\u6bd2\u7d20B (Rabbit anti-bot tox Polyclonal)\u591a\u682a\u6297\u9ad4\u4f5c\u70baDetect\u5075\u6e2c\u6297\u9ad4\uff0c \u7d93\u82e5\u5f85\u6e2c\u6a23\u54c1\u542b\u6709\u8089\u6bd2\u687f\u83cc\u6bd2\u7d20B\uff0c\u7d93\u7531\u5177\u6a19\u8a8cHRP\u4e4b\u6297\u514d\u4e8c\u7d1a\u6297\u9ad4 (Goat anti-Rabbit IgG \u2013 HRP)\u7d50\u5408\uff0c\u52a0\u5165ABTS\u53cd\u61c9\u5f8c\uff0c\u4f7f\u7528ELISA\u5100\u5668<\/a><\/strong><\/span>\u5728ODs 405 and 410 nm\u4e4b\u9593\u53ef\u6e2c\u5f97\u8b80\u503c\u3002\u00a0\u6ce8\u610f\u4e8b\u9805: <\/span><\/strong>pre-coated\uff08+\/-\uff09\u8089\u6bd2\u687f\u83cc\u6bd2\u7d20B BioThreat Alert ELISA\u8a66\u5291\u76d2\uff08TC-4037-002\uff09\u7121\u9808\u518d\u9032\u884c\u967d\u6027\u6355\u7372\u6297\u9ad4(Positive Capture Antibody)\u53ca\u9670\u6027\u6355\u7372\u6297\u9ad4 (Negative Capture Antibody)\u4e4bcoated\u52d5\u4f5c\uff0c\u8a66\u5291\u4e2d\u4ea6\u4e0d\u5305\u62ec\u967d\u6027\u6355\u7372\u6297\u9ad4(Positive Capture Antibody)\u53ca\u9670\u6027\u6355\u7372\u6297\u9ad4 (Negative Capture Antibody)\u3002\u6b64\u7522\u54c1\u4e0d\u5305\u62ec\u8089\u6bd2\u687f\u83cc\u6bd2\u7d20B\u4e4b\u6a19\u6e96\u54c1\u3002\u9700\u7d93\u7531\u5100\u5668\u6e2c\u91cf\u8b80\u503c\u00a0<\/strong>ELISA\u5100\u5668\u8a2d\u5099\u8acb\u6309\u6b64<\/a><\/strong> \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
