\u57285\u5206\u9418\u5167\u5373\u53ef\u5feb\u901f\u9451\u5b9a\u55ae\u514b\u9686\u6297\u9ad4\u7684\u985e\u5225\uff08\u514d\u75ab\u7403\u86cb\u767dIgG1\uff0cIgG2a\uff0cIgG2b\u548cIgM\uff09\u548c\u4e9e\u985e\uff08\u0138\u548c\u03bb\u8f15\u93c8\uff09\uff0c\u9748\u654f\u5ea6\u76f8\u7576\u65bcELISA\u3002\u6a23\u54c1\u4f86\u6e90\u53ef\u4ee5\u4f7f\u7528\u96dc\u4ea4\u7624\u57f9\u990a\u4e0a\u6e05\u6db2(hybridoma
