\u7522\u54c1\u63cf\u8ff0\uff1a<\/strong>\u7a40\u80f1\u7518\u80bd (Glutathione) \u662f\u4e3b\u8981\u7684\u7d30\u80de\u5167\u4f4e\u5206\u5b50\u91cf\u786b\u9187 (thiol) \uff0c\u5728\u7d30\u80de\u9632\u79a6\u54fa\u4e73\u52d5\u7269\u7d30\u80de\u4e2d\u7684\u6c27\u5316 (against oxidative) \u548c\u4e9e\u785d\u5316 (nitrosative stress)\u61c9\u6fc0\u4e2d\u8d77\u95dc\u9375\u4f5c\u7528\u3002 \u5728\u51cb\u4ea1\u7684\u65e9\u671f\u968e\u6bb5 (early stages of apoptosis) \u5df2\u89c0\u5bdf\u5230\u7a40\u80f1\u7518\u80bd\u6c34\u5e73\u964d\u4f4e\u3002 BioVision\u7684ApoGSH\u2122\u7a40\u80f1\u7518\u80bd\u6aa2\u6e2c\u8a66\u5291\u76d2 (Glutathione Detection Kit, K251) \u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u4e00\u7a2e\u7c21\u55ae\u7684\u9ad4\u5916\u8a66\u9a57\uff0c\u7528\u65bc\u6aa2\u6e2c\u7d30\u80de\u51cb\u4ea1\u548c\u5176\u4ed6\u6a23\u54c1\u4e2d\u7e3d\u7a40\u80f1\u7518\u80bd (total glutathione changes) \u7684\u8b8a\u5316\u3002 \u8a72\u8a66\u9a57\u4f7f\u7528\u55ae\u6c2f\u4e8c\u70ef\uff08monochlorobimane , MCB\uff09\uff0c\u9019\u7a2e\u67d3\u6599\u4f3c\u4e4e\u53ea\u8207\u7a40\u80f1\u7518\u80bd\u5f62\u6210\u52a0\u5408\u7269\u3002 \u672a\u7d50\u5408\u7684MCB\u5e7e\u4e4e\u662f\u975e\u87a2\u5149\u7684\uff0c\u800c\u67d3\u6599\u5728\u8207\u9084\u539f\u6216\u6c27\u5316\u5f62\u5f0f\u7684\u7a40\u80f1\u7518\u80bd\u7d50\u5408\u6642\u767c\u51fa\u85cd\u8272\u87a2\u5149\uff08Ex.\/Em\u3002= 380nm \/ 461nm\uff09\u3002 \u8a72\u53cd\u61c9\u7531\u7a40\u80f1\u7518\u80bdS-\u8f49\u79fb\u9176 (glutathione S-transferase.) \u50ac\u5316\u3002 \u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u4f7f\u7528\u87a2\u5149\u8a08\u621696\u5b54\u87a2\u5149\u8b80\u677f\u5100\u53ef\u4ee5\u5bb9\u6613\u5730\u6aa2\u6e2c\u7e3d\u7a40\u80f1\u7518\u80bd (total glutathione) \u7684\u91cf\u3002K251\u4e0d\u80fd\u6e2c\u5b9a\u7e3d\u7a40\u80f1\u7518\u80bd\u3002 \u5b83\u6e2c\u91cf\u672a\u8655\u7406\u548c\u8655\u7406\u6a23\u54c1\u4e4b\u9593\u7a40\u80f1\u7518\u80bd\u7684\u76f8\u5c0d\u6c34\u5e73\u3002K261\u6e2c\u91cf\u7d55\u5c0d\u91cf\uff0c\u800cK251\u6e2c\u91cf\u6a23\u54c1\u4e4b\u9593\u7684\u76f8\u5c0d\u5149\u6c34\u5e73\u3002K261\u7121\u6cd5\u6e2c\u91cfGSSG\u3002K264\u5206\u5225\u6e2c\u91cfGSH\uff0cGSSG\u548c\u7e3d\u91cf\u3002<\/p>\n
