\u7522\u54c1\u63cf\u8ff0\uff1a<\/strong>\u5e15\u5c3c\u55ae\u6297 (Panitumumab)\u662f\u6297\u8868\u76ae\u751f\u9577\u56e0\u5b50\u53d7\u9ad4\uff08EGFR\uff09\u7684\u4eba\u55ae\u514b\u9686\u6297\u9ad4\u3002 EGFR\u662fI\u578b\u53d7\u9ad4\u916a\u6c28\u9178\u6fc0\u9176\u4e9e (type I receptor tyrosine kinases) \u5bb6\u65cf\u7684\u6210\u54e1\uff0c\u5305\u62ecEGFR\uff08HER1\uff0cc-ErbB-1\uff09\uff0cHER2 \/ neu\uff0cHER3\u548cHER4\u3002 EGFR\u662f\u4e00\u7a2e\u8de8\u819c\u7cd6\u86cb\u767d (transmembrane glycoprotein)\uff0c\u5728\u8a31\u591a\u6b63\u5e38\u4e0a\u76ae\u7d44\u7e54\u4e2d\u7d44\u6210\u578b\u8868\u9054\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u76ae\u819a (skin) \u548c\u6bdb\u56ca (hair follicle)\u3002\u5728\u8a31\u591a\u4eba\u985e\u764c\u75c7\u4e2d\u4e5f\u6aa2\u6e2c\u5230EGFR\u7684\u904e\u8868\u9054\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u7d50\u8178 (colon) \u548c\u76f4\u8178 (rectum)\u764c\u75c7\u3002Panitumumab\u5e15\u5c3c\u55ae\u6297\u7279\u7570\u6027\u5730\u548c\u9078\u64c7\u6027\u5730\u7d50\u5408EGFR\uff0c\u963b\u6b62\u6d3b\u5316\u914d\u9ad4\uff08\u4f8b\u5982EGF\u548c\u8f49\u5316\u751f\u9577\u56e0\u5b50-\u03b1\uff09\u7684\u7d50\u5408\u3002\u9019\u7a2e\u7d50\u5408\u5c0e\u81f4\u5fc5\u9700\u7684\u4e0b\u6e38\u4fe1\u865f\u50b3\u5c0e\u9014\u5f91\u7684\u963b\u65b7\uff0c\u5df2\u77e5\u9019\u4e9b\u9014\u5f91\u63a7\u5236\u591a\u7a2e\u7d44\u7e54\u4e2d\u6b63\u5e38\u548c\u816b\u7624\u7d30\u80de\u985e\u578b\u7684\u7d30\u80de\u51cb\u4ea1 (apoptosis)\uff0c\u589e\u6b96 (proliferation) \u548c\u5206\u5316 (differentiation) \u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
