\u7522\u54c1\u4ecb\u7d39\uff1a \u5e7d\u9580\u87ba\u687f\u83cc\uff08Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) \u5e7d\u9580\u87ba\u65cb\u687f\u83cc\uff09\u5728\u8fd1\u4e4e100\uff05\u7684duodenal ulcer\u5341\u4e8c\u6307\u8178\u6f70\u760d\u6210\u4eba\u60a3\u8005\u548c\u8fd1\u4e4e80\uff05\u7684gastric ulcer\u80c3\u6f70\u760d\u60a3\u8005\u4e2d\u662f\u53ef\u6aa2\u6e2c\u7684\u3002\u5e7d\u9580\u87ba\u687f\u83cc\u8207gastric cancer\u80c3\u764c\u4e4b\u9593\u5177\u6709\u95dc\u806f\u6027\u3002\u5728\u767c\u5c55\u4e2d\u570b\u5bb6\u4e2d\uff0c\u5927\u591a\u6578\u5152\u7ae5\u572810\u6b72\u6642\u611f\u67d3\uff0c\u80c3\u764c\u767c\u75c5\u7387\u975e\u5e38\u9ad8\u3002\u5728\u7f8e\u570b\u548c\u5176\u4ed6\u767c\u9054\u570b\u5bb6\uff0c\u885b\u751f\u6a19\u6e96\u548c\u4eba\u53e3\u793e\u6703\u7d93\u6fdf\u5730\u4f4d\u7684\u63d0\u9ad8\u964d\u4f4e\u4e86\u611f\u67d3\u7684\u767c\u751f\u7387\uff0c\u540c\u6642\uff0cpeptic ulcers\u6d88\u5316\u6027\u6f70\u760d\u548cgastric cancer\u80c3\u764c\u7684\u767c\u75c5\u7387\u4e5f\u6709\u6240\u4e0b\u964d\u3002gastritis\u80c3\u708e\u7684\u81e8\u5e8a\u8868\u73fe\uff0c\u80c3\u4e2d\u5e7d\u9580\u87ba\u65cb\u687f\u83cc\u7684\u5b58\u5728\u8207\u8840\u6e05\u5e7d\u9580\u87ba\u687f\u83ccIgG\u548cIgA\u6297\u9ad4\u5347\u9ad8\u4e4b\u9593\u5b58\u5728\u6975\u597d\u7684\u76f8\u95dc\u6027\u3002 ELISA\u654f\u611f\u6027\u548c\u7279\u7570\u6027\u70ba90\uff05\uff0c\u9670\u6027\u7d50\u679c\u7684\u9810\u6e2c\u503c\u975e\u5e38\u9ad8\u3002\u6210\u529f\u9032\u884c\u6297\u83cc\u6cbb\u7642\u5f8c\uff0c\u5e7d\u9580\u87ba\u687f\u83ccIgG\u548c\/\u6216IgA\u6297\u9ad4\u986f\u8457\u4e0b\u964d\u3002\u6839\u9664\u5e7d\u9580\u87ba\u687f\u83cc\u8207\u5341\u4e8c\u6307\u8178\u6f70\u760d\u5fa9\u767c\u7684\u986f\u8457\u6e1b\u5c11\u6709\u95dc\u3002\u5e7d\u9580\u87ba\u687f\u83cc\u83cc\u682a\u5206\u70ba\u5169\u5927\u985e – \u8868\u9054VacA\u548cCagA\uff08I\u578b\uff09\u548c\u4e0d\u7522\u751f\uff08II\u578b\uff09\u5169\u5927\u985e\u3002Type I strains I\u578b\u83cc\u682a\u5728ulcers\u6f70\u760d\u548ccancer.\u764c\u75c7\u60a3\u8005\u4e2d\u5360\u4e3b\u5c0e\u5730\u4f4d\u3002\u9ad8\u905450\uff05\u7684\u6210\u5e74\u4eba\u611f\u67d3\u5e7d\u9580\u87ba\u687f\u83cc\uff0c\u4f46\u5927\u591a\u6578\u662f\u6f38\u8fd1\u7684\uff0c\u4e0d\u6703\u767c\u751f\u6f70\u760d\u3002\u539f\u56e0\u662f\u4ed6\u5011\u611f\u67d3\u4e86II\u578b\u3002 80-100\uff05\u7684duodenal ulcer disease\u5341\u4e8c\u6307\u8178\u6f70\u760d\u75c5\u60a3\u8005\u7522\u751f\u91dd\u5c0d128kd\u6297\u539f\u7684CagA\u6297\u9ad4\uff0c\u800c\u50c560-63\uff05\u7684\u5e7d\u9580\u87ba\u65cb\u687f\u83cc\u611f\u67d3\u8005\u50c5\u7522\u751fgastritis\u80c3\u708e\uff0c\u9019\u8868\u660e\u5c0d128kd\u86cb\u767d\u7684\u8840\u6e05\u5b78\u53cd\u61c9\u5728H. pylori-infected persons\u5e7d\u9580\u87ba\u65cb\u687f\u83cc\u4e2d\u60a3\u6709\u5341\u4e8c\u6307\u8178\u6f70\u760d\u7684\u5e7d\u9580\u87ba\u687f\u83cc\u611f\u67d3\u8005\u6bd4\u6c92\u6709\u6d88\u5316\u6027\u6f70\u760d\u7684\u611f\u67d3\u8005\u66f4\u70ba\u666e\u904d\u3002\u3002\u5728\u60a3\u6709\u80c3\u764c\u7684\u5e7d\u9580\u87ba\u687f\u83cc\u611f\u67d3\u60a3\u8005\u4e2d\uff0c\u91dd\u5c0dCagA\u7684\u8840\u6e05IgG\u5177\u670994\uff05\u654f\u611f\u6027\u548c93\uff05\u7279\u7570\u6027\uff0c\u8868\u660e\u6aa2\u6e2c\u5230CagA\u6297\u9ad4\u662f\u8a3a\u65b7\u5341\u4e8c\u6307\u8178\u6f70\u760d\u548c\u80c3\u764c\u7684\u6709\u7528\u6a19\u8a18\u7269\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
