\u7522\u54c1\u654d\u8ff0:<\/strong>\u00a0Expedeon colloidal gold \u5948\u7c73\u91d1\u7528\u65bc\u6297\u9ad4\u7684\u50b3\u7d71\u88ab\u52d5\u7d50\u5408\u3002\u00a0\u7121\u5857\u5c64\u91d1\u7d0d\u7c73\u7c92\u5b50\u65bcPassive conjugation\u88ab\u52d5\u5171\u8edb\u9032\u884c\u4e86\u512a\u5316\uff0c\u53ef\u61c9\u7528\u65bc lateral flow tests\u5074\u5411\u6d41\u52d5\u6e2c\u8a66\u3002\u63d0\u4f9b\u5f62\u72c0\u5c3a\u5bf8\u5206\u4f48\u6700\u5e73\u5747\u4e4b\u5948\u7c73\u91d1\u7c92\u5b50\uff0c\u5948\u7c73\u91d1\u7d0d\u7c73\u9846\u7c92\u61f8\u6d6e\u5728\u6ab8\u6aac\u9178\u9e7d\u7de9\u885d\u6db2\u4e2d\uff0c\u9069\u7528\u65bc\uff1a\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u5438\u9644\u3001\u5be1\u6838\u82f7\u9178\u5438\u9644\u3001\u8868\u9762\u4fee\u98fe\uff1b\u5177\u6709\u7368\u7279\u7684\u7d0d\u7c73\u5857\u5c64\uff0c\u53ef\u627f\u53d72.5M\u7684NaOH\u572870\u2103 2\u5c0f\u6642\u3002\u00a0Expedeon colloidal gold\u00a0\u5948\u7c73\u91d1\u6eb6\u6db2\u7279\u9ede:\u00a0\u5f62\u72c0\u6700\u4e00\u81f4\u3001\u5c3a\u5bf8\u5206\u4f48\u6700\u5e73\u5747\u00a020nm \u00b1 2nm\uff0c\u5747\u52fb\u7684\u5f62\u72c0\u78ba\u4fdd\u6297\u9ad4\u7684\u4e00\u81f4\u7d50\u5408\uff0c\u78ba\u4fdd\u53ef\u9760\u7684\u5206\u6790\u7d50\u679c\u3002\u9ad8\u6297\u9ad4\u7d50\u5408\u7387\u4ee5\u9054\u6700\u4f73\u9748\u654f\u5ea6\u3002\u6bcf\u627910nm\u81a0\u9ad4\u91d1\u7d93\u904eTEM\u5206\u6790: \u5e73\u5747\u76f4\u5f91\uff1a20nm \u00b1 2nm\u3001SD\uff1a<2nm\u3001CV\uff05\uff1a<10\uff05\u3001\uff05\u4e0d\u898f\u5247\u5f62\u72c0\uff1a<10\uff05\u4f7f\u7528\u96fb\u986f\u89c0\u5bdf\u4e0d\u540c\u768410nm\u91d1\u7c92\u5b50\u3002 \u76f8\u8f03\u65bcA\u516c\u53f8\uff08\u4e0b\u5716\uff09\uff0cInnovaGOLD \u5948\u7c73\u91d1\u986f\u793a\u4e00\u81f4\u7684\u5f62\u72c0\u8207\u5927\u5c0f\u3002<\/p>\n
