TCBS\uff08\u786b\u4ee3\u786b\u9178\u9e7d\u6ab8\u6aac\u9178\u9e7d\u81bd\u6c41\u9e7d\u8517\u7cd6\uff09\u74ca\u8102\u8a2d\u8a08\u7528\u65bc\u9078\u64c7\u6027\u5206\u96e2\u5f27\u83cc\uff0c\u7279\u5225\u662f\u970d\u4e82\u5f27\u83cc\u57f9\u990a\u3002TCBS (Thiosulphate Citrate Bile salts Sucrose) Agar is designed for the selective isolation of Vibrio species, particularly Vibrio cholera\u3002<\/p>\n<p>TCBS\u74ca\u8102\u53c8\u7a31\u5f27\u83cc\u9078\u64c7\u6027\u74ca\u8102( Vibrio Selective Agar)\uff0c\u662f\u6839\u64daKobayashi\u7b49\u4eba\u7684\u914d\u65b9\u88fd\u5099\u7684\u3002\u53ea\u662f\u5b83\u542b\u6709\u7d93\u904e\u7279\u6b8a\u8655\u7406\u7684\u725b\u81bd\u6c41\uff0c\u6c92\u6709 Nakanishi \u548c Kobayashi\u00a0<sup>2<\/sup>\u6307\u51fa\u7684\u7f3a\u9677\u3002\u8a72\u914d\u65b9\u662f\u5c0d Nakanishi \u9078\u64c7\u6027\u57f9\u990a\u57fa\u7684\u6539\u826f\u3002\u9664\u970d\u5229\u5f27\u83cc\u5916\uff0c\u6240\u6709\u81f4\u75c5\u6027\u5f27\u83cc\u90fd\u53ef\u4ee5\u5728 TCBS \u74ca\u8102\u4e0a\u751f\u9577\u3002\u9019\u7a2e\u9ad8\u5ea6\u9078\u64c7\u6027\u7684\u74ca\u8102\u6eff\u8db3\u5f27\u83cc\u5c6c\u7684\u71df\u990a\u9700\u6c42\u3002\u5f27\u83cc\u5c6c\u3002\u80fd\u5920\u5728\u542b\u9e7d\u6fc3\u5ea6\u8f03\u9ad8\u7684\u4ecb\u8cea\u4e2d\u751f\u9577\uff0c\u4e26\u4e14\u67d0\u4e9b\u7269\u7a2e\u662f\u55dc\u9e7d\u7684\u3002\u611f\u67d3\u8207\u651d\u5165\u53d7\u6c61\u67d3\u7684\u6c34\u548c\u98df\u7528\u53d7\u6c61\u67d3\u7684\u8c9d\u985e\u6216\u6d77\u9bae\u6709\u95dc\u3002\u5f27\u83cc\u5c6c\u3002\u662f\u6d77\u6c34\u7684\u81ea\u7136\u5c45\u6c11\u3002\u6839\u64da ISO 21872-2\uff0c\u9700\u8981\u5728\u9e7c\u6027\u86cb\u767d\u8156\u6c34 (ASPW) (NCM0175) \u4e2d\u9810\u5b75\u80b2\u3002<\/p>\n<p><em>\u5f27\u83cc(Vibrio )<\/em>\u662f\u4e00\u7a2e\u9017\u865f\u5f62\u72c0\u7684\u9769\u862d\u6c0f\u9670\u6027\u7d30\u83cc( comma-shaped Gram-negative bacteria)\u3002\u5f27\u83cc( Vibrios )\u662f\u6c34\u751f\u5fae\u751f\u7269\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u4e00\u4e9b\u7269\u7a2e\u6703\u5f15\u8d77\u4eba\u985e\u548c\u5176\u4ed6\u52d5\u7269\u7684\u56b4\u91cd\u75be\u75c5\u3002\u4e09\u7a2e<em>\u5f27\u83cc<\/em>\u5c0d\u4eba\u985e\u5177\u6709\u91cd\u8981\u610f\u7fa9\uff1a<em>\u970d\u4e82\u5f27\u83cc(Vibrio cholerae )<\/em>\u662f\u970d\u4e82(cholera)\u7684\u75c5\u56e0\uff0c\u526f<em>\u6eb6\u8840\u5f27\u83cc(Vibrio\u00a0parahemolyticus )<\/em><em>\u548c<\/em>\u00a0\u5275\u50b7<em>\u5f27\u83cc(\u00a0V. vulnificus)<\/em>\u90fd\u662f\u6025\u6027\u8178\u708e(acute enteritis)\u6216\u7d30\u83cc\u6027\u8179\u7009(bacterial diarrhea)\u7684\u75c5\u539f\u9ad4\u3002\u4f7f\u7528 TCBS \u970d\u4e82\u57f9\u990a\u57fa\u9078\u64c7\u6027\u5206\u96e2\u81f4\u75c5\u5f27\u83cc<span style=\"color: #993366;\">\u3002\u970d\u4e82\u5f27\u83cc\u7b49\u7684\u5206\u96e2\u548c\u9451\u5b9a\u8178\u81f4\u75c5\u6027\u5f27\u83cc\uff0c\u53c3\u898b\u5177\u9ad4\u7a0b\u5e8f\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982 ISO 21872-1:2017 \u548cISO
