\u57f9\u990a\u57fa\u4f7f\u7528\u65b9\u6cd5<\/strong>:\u00a0 <\/strong>PCA\u57f9\u990a\u57fa (\u8ca8\u865fLAB149)\u7a3120.5 grams \u7c89\u672b, \u6eb6\u65bc\u00a0 1 litre of deionised water\u3002\u8b93\u5176\u6d78\u6ce110\u5206\u9418\uff0c\u65cb\u8f49\u6df7\u5408\uff0c\u7136\u5f8c\u5728121\u2103\u9ad8\u58d3\u6ec5\u83cc15\u5206\u9418\u9032\u884c\u6ec5\u83cc\u3002 \u51b7\u537b\u81f347\u00b0C\uff0c\u7136\u5f8c\u5012\u5165Petri dishes\u57f9\u990a\u76bf\u4e2d\u3002<\/p>\n
