\u7522\u54c1\u63cf\u8ff0\uff1a<\/strong>\u4ebaCD52\u6297\u539f\uff0c\u4e5f\u7a31\u70baCAMPATH-1\u3002 CD52\u7531lymphocytes\u6dcb\u5df4\u7d30\u80de\u3001monocytes\u55ae\u6838\u7d30\u80de\u3001monocytes\u55dc\u9178\u6027\u7c92\u7d30\u80de\u3001thymocytes\u80f8\u817a\u7d30\u80de\u548cmacrophages\u5de8\u566c\u7d30\u80de\u9ad8\u5bc6\u5ea6\u8868\u9054\u3002\u5927\u591a\u6578\u6dcb\u5df4\u884d\u751f\u7684lymphoid derived malignancies\u60e1\u6027\u816b\u7624\u8868\u9054\uff0c\u5118\u7ba1\u5728myeloma\u9aa8\u9ad3\u7624\u7d30\u80de\u4e0a\u7684\u8868\u9054\u662f\u53ef\u8b8a\u7684\u3002Human CD52 antigen, also known as CAMPATH-1. CD52 is expressed at high density by lymphocytes, monocytes, eosinophils, thymocytes and macrophages. It is expressed by most lymphoid derived malignancies, although expression on myeloma cells is variable.<\/p>\n
