\u4e0d\u65b7\u7522\u751f\u4f4e\u6c34\u5e73\u7684\u6d3b\u6027\u6c27\uff08ROS\uff09\u548c\u81ea\u7531\u57fa\u662f\u6240\u6709\u6d3b\u7d30\u80de\u7684\u57fa\u672c\u7279\u5fb5\u3002\u4f4e\u6c34\u5e73\u7684ROS\u5728\u4fe1\u865f\u50b3\u5c0e\u9014\u5f91\u4e2d\u8d77\u91cd\u8981\u4f5c\u7528\uff0c\u800c\u5728\u6c27\u5316\u61c9\u6fc0\u4e0bROS\u6d3b\u6027\u589e\u52a0\uff0c\u5c0e\u81f4\u5c0d\u6838\u9178\uff0c\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u548c\u819c\u8102\u7684\u7834\u58de\u3002 ROS\u5728\u6c27\u5316\u61c9\u6fc0\u904e\u7a0b\u4e2d\u7684\u7a4d\u7d2f\u4e5f\u8207\u8870\u8001\uff0c\u7d30\u80de\u51cb\u4ea1\u6216\u58de\u6b7b\u6709\u95dc\uff0c\u4e26\u8207\u75c5\u7406\u72c0\u614b\u6709\u95dc\uff0c\u5982\uff1a\u8840\u7ba1\u75be\u75c5\uff0c\u7cd6\u5c3f\u75c5\uff0c\u814e\u7f3a\u8840\uff0c\u52d5\u8108\u786c\u5316\uff0c\u80ba\u75c5\uff0c\u708e\u6027\u75be\u75c5\u548c\u764c\u75c7\u3002 ROS\u7684\u7d30\u80de\u6d3b\u6027\u88ab\u6297\u6c27\u5316\u5291\uff0c\u591a\u7a2e\u4fee\u5fa9\u7cfb\u7d71\u548c\u53d7\u640dDNA\u7684\u66ff\u63db\u6240\u62b5\u6d88\u3002\u7d30\u80de\u5167ROS\u6c34\u5e73\u7684\u63a2\u91dd\u6e2c\u91cf\uff0c\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u7814\u7a76\u6c27\u5316\u61c9\u6fc0\u8a98\u5c0e\u5291\u548c\u6297\u6c27\u5316\u5291\u6cbb\u7642\u6548\u679c\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u5de5\u5177\u3002 BioVision\u7684ROS\u6aa2\u6e2c\u8a66\u5291\u76d2\u8a2d\u8a08\u7528\u65bc\u6aa2\u6e2c\u6d3b\u7d30\u80de\u4e2d\u7684\u7fa5\u57fa\uff0c\u904e\u6c27\u5316\u6c2b\u6216\u5176\u4ed6\u6d3b\u6027\u6c27\u3002\u6211\u5011\u5229\u7528H2DCFDA\uff0c\u4e00\u7a2e\u7368\u7279\u7684\u7d30\u80de\u6ef2\u900f\u87a2\u5149\u63a2\u91dd\uff0c\u8207\u915a\u7d05\uff0cFBS\u548cBSA\u517c\u5bb9\uff0c\u4ee5\u6aa2\u6e2c\u6d3b\u7d30\u80de\u4e2d\u7684\u6d3b\u6027\u6c27\u3002\u7d30\u80de\u9032\u5165\u5f8c\uff0cH2DCFDA\u88ab\u7d30\u80de\u916f\u9176\u4fee\u98fe\u4ee5\u5f62\u6210\u975e\u87a2\u5149\u7684H2DCF\u3002 H2DCF\u88ab\u7d30\u80de\u5167ROS\u6c27\u5316\u7522\u751f\u9ad8\u5ea6\u87a2\u5149\u7684\u7522\u7269\uff0c\u53ef\u901a\u904eFACS\uff0c\u9176\u6a19\u5100\u6216\u87a2\u5149\u986f\u5fae\u93e1\uff08Ex \/ Em 495 \/ 529nm\uff09\u6aa2\u6e2c\u3002\u87a2\u5149\u5f37\u5ea6\u8207ROS\u6c34\u5e73\u6210\u6b63\u6bd4\u3002\u6211\u5011\u7684\u8a66\u5291\u76d2\u70ba\u6d3b\u7d30\u80de\u4e2dROS\u6e2c\u91cf\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u4e00\u7a2e\u7c21\u55ae\u800c\u5177\u9ad4\u7684\u6e2c\u5b9a\u65b9\u6cd5\u3002\u7522\u54c1\u5177\u9ad8\u9748\u654f\u5ea6\uff0c\u7279\u7570\u6027\u548c\u6e96\u78ba\u5ea6\uff0c\u53ef\u4f5c\u70ba\u6e2c\u91cfROS\u6c34\u5e73\u6216\u6297\u6c27\u5316\u5291\u6d3b\u6027\u4e4b\u5e38\u898bROS\u8a98\u5c0e\u5291\u3002<\/p>\n
