(ATP hydrolysis) \uff0cDNA\u548cRNA\u805a\u5408(DNA and RNA polymerization)\uff0c\u74b0AMP\u5f62\u6210 (cyclic AMP formation)\u548c\u8102\u80aa\u9178 (fatty acids) \u7684\u9176\u4fc3\u6d3b\u5316\u4ee5\u5f62\u6210\u5b83\u5011\u7684CoA\u916f (CoA esters)\u3002\u76f8\u53cd\uff0c\u4f7f\u7528PPi\u7684\u9176\u53ef\u4ee5\u5305\u62ec\u74b0\u5316\u9176 (cyclases)\uff0c\u6c34\u89e3\u9176 (\u00a0hydrolases ) \u548c\u9023\u63a5\u9176 (ligases)\u3002\u5728\u9aa8\u4ee3\u8b1d (bone metabolism)\uff0c\u814e\u7d50\u77f3\u75be\u75c5 (\u00a0renal stone disease) \u548c\u67d0\u4e9b\u985e\u578b\u7684\u95dc\u7bc0\u708e (\u00a0arthritis) \u7684\u7814\u7a76\u4e2d\uff0c\u8840\u6f3f (plasma)\uff0c\u8840\u6e05(serum)\u548c\u5176\u4ed6\u751f\u7269\u6db2\u9ad4 (biologic fluids)\u6e2c\u91cf\u7121\u6a5f\u7126\u78f7\u9178\u9e7d\uff08PPi\uff09\u662f\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u3002 BioVision\u7684\u7126\u78f7\u9178\u9e7d\uff08Pyrophosphate (PPi) Assay Kit , K568\uff09\u5206\u6790\u8a66\u5291\u76d2\uff0c\u70ba\u751f\u7269\u6750\u6599\u4e2d\u6e38\u96e2\u7121\u6a5f\u7126\u78f7\u9178\u9e7d\u6c34\u5e73\u7684\u6e2c\u5b9a\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u4e00\u7a2e\u5feb\u901f\uff0c\u65b9\u4fbf\u548c\u8d85\u9748\u654f\u7684\u65b9\u6cd5\u3002\u751f\u7269\u904e\u7a0b\u4e2d\u7522\u751f\u7684PPi\u901a\u904e\u4e00\u7cfb\u5217\u5229\u7528\u5c08\u6709\u9176\u6df7\u5408\u7269\u548c\u63a2\u91dd\u7684\u53cd\u61c9\u9032\u884c\u6aa2\u6e2c\uff0c\u7522\u751f\u7a69\u5b9a\u7684\u7522\u7269\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u901a\u904e\u6bd4\u8272\u6216\u87a2\u5149\u8b80\u6578\u9032\u884c\u5b9a\u91cf\u3002\u7522\u751f\u7684\u87a2\u5149\uff08Ex
