inhibitors<\/em><\/strong><\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u81ea\u4e8c\u5341\u5e74\u4f86\uff0c\u91dd\u5c0d\u764c\u75c7\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u4e00\u76f4\u662f\u8a31\u591a\u884c\u696d\u548c\u5b78\u8853\u5718\u9ad4\u7684\u7126\u9ede\u3002\u7531\u65bc\u5176\u7368\u7279\u7684\u7d44\u7e54\u5206\u4f48\uff0c\u7d50\u69cb\u7279\u6027\u548c\u529f\u80fd\u7279\u6027\uff0c\u78f7\u9178\u4e8c\u916f\u9176\uff08PDE\uff09\u901a\u5e38\u662f\u6d89\u53ca\u85e5\u7406\u5b78\u6291\u5236\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u7684\u76ee\u6a19\u3002\u78f7\u9178\u4e8c\u916f\u9176\u4e3b\u8981\u5305\u542b\u5728\u7b2c\u4e8c\u4fe1\u4f7f\u5206\u5b50cAMP\u548ccGMP\u4e2d\u964d\u89e3\u78f7\u9178\u4e8c\u916f\u9375\u7684\u4e00\u7d44\u9176\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0cPDE\u662f\u7531\u9019\u4e9b\u7b2c\u4e8c\u4fe1\u4f7f\u5206\u5b50\u4ecb\u5c0e\u7684\u4fe1\u865f\u8f49\u5c0e\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u8abf\u7bc0\u5291\u3002 PDE\u6291\u5236\u5291\u53ef\u4ee5\u901a\u904e\u6291\u5236\u5176\u7531PDE\u964d\u89e3\u800c\u5ef6\u9577\u6216\u589e\u5f37\u7531cAMP\u6216cGMP\u4ecb\u5c0e\u7684\u751f\u7406\u904e\u7a0b\u7684\u4f5c\u7528\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0cPDE\u6291\u5236\u5291\u88ab\u8a8d\u70ba\u5728\u764c\u75c7\u7684\u8f14\u52a9\u6cbb\u7642\u4e2d\u5177\u6709\u5f88\u5927\u7684\u6cbb\u7642\u50f9\u503c\u3002 PDE\u6291\u5236\u5291\u4e5f\u88ab\u7528\u65bc\u6cbb\u7642\u975e\u60e1\u6027\u75be\u75c5\u5982\u54ee\u5598\uff0c\u80ba\u52d5\u8108\u9ad8\u58d3\u548c\u52c3\u8d77\u529f\u80fd\u969c\u7919\u7b49\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u5b83\u5011\u5df2\u88ab\u78ba\u5b9a\u70ba\u51a0\u5fc3\u75c5\uff0c\u7661\u5446\uff0c\u6291\u9b31\u75c7\u548c\u7cbe\u795e\u5206\u88c2\u75c7\u7b49\u9818\u57df\u7684\u65b0\u6f5b\u5728\u6cbb\u7642\u5291\u3002
