#000000;\">\u3000\u3000Biovision\u7814\u767c\u591a\u7a2e\u7522\u54c1\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u8a66\u5291\u5957\u7d44\u3001\u91cd\u7d44\u86cb\u767d\u3001\u9175\u7d20\u3002\u7522\u54c1\u7dda\u5305\u542b\uff1a\u7d30\u80de\u51cb\u4ea1\u3001\u4ee3\u8b1d\u3001\u7d30\u80de\u589e\u751f\u3001\u6c27\u5316\u58d3\u529b\u3001\u7d30\u80de\u640d\u50b7\u8207\u5fa9\u539f\u3001\u7cd6\u5c3f\u75c5\u3001\u80a5\u80d6\u3001\u4ee3\u8b1d\u75c7\u5019\u7fa4\u3001\u5e79\u7d30\u80de\u751f\u7406\u3001\u57fa\u56e0\u8abf\u7bc0\u3001\u8a0a\u606f\u50b3\u905e\u7b49\u9818\u57df\u4e4b\u7814\u7a76\u5de5\u5177\u3002\u53ef\u7528\u4f86\u5075\u6e2c\u7d30\u80de\u3001\u8840\u6e05\u3001\u53ca\u7d44\u7e54\u7b49\u6a23\u54c1\u7a2e\u985e\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: medium; color: #008000;\">\u00a0Annexin V \u7d30\u80de\u51cb\u4ea1\u5075\u6e2c\u539f\u7406<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u3000\u3000\u5728\u6d3b\u7d30\u80de\u4e2d\uff0c\u7d30\u80de\u5167\u819c\u542b\u6709\u78f7\u8102\u7d72\u80fa\u9178\uff08Phosphatidylserine, PS\uff09\u7684\u6210\u5206\u3002\u7576\u8655\u65bc\u7d30\u80de\u65e9\u671f\u51cb\u4ea1\u6642\u671f\uff0c\u542b\u6709PS\u7684\u5167\u819c\u6703\u7ffb\u8f49\u81f3\u5916\u5074\uff0c\u9020\u6210\u5f8c\u7e8c\u51cb\u4ea1\u7d30\u80de\u7684\u6e05\u9664\u3002\u79d1\u5b78\u7814\u7a76\u4e2d\uff0cAnnexin V\u70ba\u5e38\u7528\u4f86\u5075\u6e2cPS\u7684\u8a66\u5291\u3002Annexin V\u548cPS\u5177\u9ad8\u89aa\u548c\u6027\uff0c\u4e00\u65e6PS\u7ffb\u8f49\u81f3\u5916\u819c\uff0cAnnexin V\u5247\u6703\u548cPS\u9032\u884c\u7d50\u5408\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0\u3000\u3000\u4f7f\u7528Annexin V\u5075\u6e2c\u7d30\u80de\u51cb\u4ea1\uff0c\u6700\u5e38\u5229\u7528\u6d41\u5f0f\u7d30\u80de\u6cd5\uff08Flow cytometry\uff09\u3002Annexin V \u9023\u7d50\u87a2\u5149\u86cb\u767d\uff08\u5982FITC\uff09\u5f8c\uff0c\u7d50\u5408\u7d30\u80de\u6838\u67d3\u5291PI\uff0c\u5229\u7528\u6d41\u5f0f\u7d30\u80de\u5100\u6216\u87a2\u5149\u986f\u5fae\u93e1\u53ef\u5075\u6e2c\u5075\u6e2c\u7d30\u80de\u51cb\u4ea1\u73fe\u8c61\u53ca\u5176\u51cb\u4ea1\u5206\u671f\u3002<\/p>\n<p><span
