disaggregation buffers)\uff0c\u548c\u7279\u6b8a\u8a2d\u8a082.0ml\u6536\u96c6\u7ba1\u7684\u6ffe\u7b52\u6280\u8853 (\u00a0filter cartridges) \u7d44\u6210\u3002\u8a72\u8a66\u5291\u76d2\u61c9\u7528\u65bc\u9ad8\u7d30\u80de\u6d3b\u529b\u7684\u65b0\u9bae\u52d5\u7269\u7d44\u7e54\u4e2d (\u00a0fresh animal tissues) \u5feb\u901f\u5206\u96e2\u55ae\u7d30\u80de (\u00a0single cells ) \u3002\u5b83\u4e5f\u53ef\u7528\u65bc\u5f9e\u7528\u7532\u919b(formaldehyde)\u77ed\u66ab\u56fa\u5b9a\u7684\u67d3\u8272\u9ad4\u514d\u75ab\u6c89\u6fb1\uff08ChIP\uff09\u4e2d\u5206\u96e2\u7d30\u80de\u3002\u5c07\u7d44\u7e54\u89e3\u805a\u7de9\u885d\u6db2 (tissue disaggregation buffers) \u914d\u88fd\u6210\u8f15\u8f15\u5730\u5206\u89e3\u52d5\u7269\u7d44\u7e54\u3002\u7de9\u885d\u6db2\u4e0d\u542b\u4efb\u4f55\u53ef\u80fd\u5c0d\u7d30\u80de\u8868\u9762\u6a19\u8a18\u7269 (cell surface markers) \u6709\u4e0d\u826f\u5f71\u97ff\u7684\u86cb\u767d\u9176 (\u00a0proteinases) \u548cEDTA\u3002\u7531\u65bc\u4f7f\u7528\u5177\u6709\u9810\u5b9a\u5b54\u5f91\u7684filter \u7279\u5225\u6709\u6548\u3002\u5c0d\u65bc\u5177\u6709\u5927\u91cf\u7d50\u7de0\u7d44\u7e54\u542b\u91cf\u7684\u65b0\u9bae\u7d44\u7e54\uff0c\u6548\u679c\u662f\u53ef\u8b8a\u7684 (variable)\u3002\u4e0d\u9069\u7528\u65bc\u65b0\u9bae\u7684\u7d44\u7e54\u5982\u808c\u8089(muscle)\uff0c\u8178(intestine) \u548c\u80ba (lungs)\u3002\u5f9e\u51b7\u51cd\/\u65b0\u9bae\u7d44\u7e54\u4e2d\u7372\u53d6\uff0c\u8acb\u53c3\u95b1\u8ca8\u865fCS-031\u3002<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"\"
