Estimation of total collagen content in rat tissues. Rat leg muscle, spleen, heart and lung samples were prepared followind the sample preparation procedure described in the protocol (homegenized in ddH2<\/sub>O, hydrolyzed with 10 N NaOH for 1 hour at 120\u00b0C and neutralized with 10 N HCl). For each sample, 10 \u03bcL of the final neutralized hydrolysate was assayed. Total Collagen levels (calculated as \u03bcg collagen\/mg wet tissue) for the samples were: 13.80 +- 0.73 ug\/mg for muscle, 3.77 +- 0.54 ug\/mg for spleen, 4.55 +- 0.81 ug\/mg for heart and 12.51 +- 1.27 ug\/mg for lung. Data are mean \u00b1 SEM of 3-4 replicates.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\u7522\u54c1<\/strong>\u63cf\u8ff0\uff1a<\/strong>\u81a0\u539f\u86cb\u767d\u662f\u54fa\u4e73\u52d5\u7269\u4e2d\u6700\u8c50\u5bcc\u7684\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\uff0c\u4f54\u8eab\u9ad4\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u542b\u91cf\u7684\u8fd130\uff05\u3002\u81a0\u539f\u86cb\u767d\u662f\u5728\u76ae\u819a\uff0c\u808c\u8171\uff0c\u9aa8\uff0c\u8edf\u9aa8\uff0c\u97cc\u5e36\u548c\u808c\u8089\u4ee5\u53ca\u5176\u4ed6\u7d44\u7e54\u4e2d\u767c\u73fe\u7684\u7d30\u80de\u5916\u652f\u67b6\u86cb\u767d\u3002\u6709\u8d85\u904e\u4e8c\u5341\u7a2e\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u7279\u5fb5\u985e\u578b\u7684\u81a0\u539f\u86cb\u767d\uff0c\u4f46I\u578b\uff0cII\u578b\u548cIII\u578b\u7684\u7e96\u7dad\u985e\u5360\u54fa\u4e73\u52d5\u7269\u7e3d\u81a0\u539f\u86cb\u767d\u768490\uff05\u4ee5\u4e0a\u3002\u81a0\u539f\u5177\u6709\u4e09\u91cd\u87ba\u65cb\u7d50\u69cb\uff0c\u7531\u5177\u6709\u91cd\u8907Gly-X-Hyp\u4e09\u80bd\u5e8f\u5217\u7684\u4e09\u500b\u201c\u524d\u539f\u81a0\u539f\u201d\u93c8\u7d44\u6210\uff0c\u5176\u4e2dX\u662f\u4efb\u4f55\u6c28\u57fa\u9178\uff0cHyp\u662f\u7fa5\u812f\u6c28\u9178\uff0c\u7531\u812f\u6c28\u9170\u812f\u6c28\u9178\u5f62\u6210\u7684\u7ffb\u8b6f\u5f8c\u4fee\u98fe\u7684\u6c28\u57fa\u9178-4-\u7fa5\u5316\u9176\u3002\u5728\u52d5\u7269\u4e2d\uff0c\u7fa5\u812f\u6c28\u9178\u5e7e\u4e4e\u5168\u90e8\u767c\u73fe\u5728\u81a0\u539f\u4e2d\uff08\u5176\u542b\u6709\u7d0412-14\uff05\u7684\u7fa5\u812f\u6c28\u9178\uff09\uff0c\u6709\u52a9\u65bc\u5176\u7d50\u69cb\u525b\u6027\u548c\u9ad8\u62c9\u4f38\u5f37\u5ea6\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u7fa5\u812f\u6c28\u9178\u662f\u7d44\u7e54\u4e2d\u5b58\u5728\u7684\u81a0\u539f\u7684\u91cf\u7684\u76f4\u63a5\u6e2c\u91cf\u3002\u8a31\u591a\u75be\u75c5\u6703\u5f71\u97ff\u81a0\u539f\u5468\u8f49\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u816b\u7624\u4fb5\u8972\u548c\u8f49\u79fb\uff0c\u985e\u98a8\u6fd5\u95dc\u7bc0\u708e\uff0c\u5fc3\u80ba\u7e96\u7dad\u5316\u548c\u808c\u71df\u990a\u4e0d\u826f\u3002 BioVision\u7684\u5168\u81a0\u539f\u6e2c\u5b9a\u8a66\u5291\u76d2II\uff08\u7121\u9ad8\u6c2f\u9178\u9e7d\uff09\u662f\u4e00\u7a2e\u5feb\u901f\u4fbf\u6377\u7684\u65b9\u6cd5\uff0c\u7528\u65bc\u6aa2\u6e2c\u5404\u7a2e\u751f\u7269\u6a23\u54c1\u4e2d\u7684\u5c11\u91cf\u81a0\u539f\u86cb\u767d\u3002\u8a72\u6e2c\u5b9a\u57fa\u65bc\u6a23\u54c1\u7684\u6c34\u89e3\u4ee5\u7522\u751f\u6e38\u96e2\u7684Hyp\uff0c\u5176\u88ab\u6c27\u5316\u4e26\u53cd\u61c9\u4ee5\u7522\u751f\u5728560nm\u5177\u6709\u5438\u6536\u5cf0\u7684\u660e\u4eae\u8457\u8272\u7684\u9aee\u8272\u5718\u3002\u8a72\u6e2c\u5b9a\u4f7f\u7528\u5c08\u6709\u7684\u9178\u6027\u986f\u5f71\u5291\u6eb6\u6db2\u4f86\u7cbe\u78ba\u6e2c\u91cf\u6c34\u89e3\u7269\u4e2d\u7684\u81a0\u539f\u86cb\u767d\uff0c\u800c\u4e0d\u4f7f\u7528\u6709\u5bb3\u7684\u9ad8\u6c2f\u9178\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u907f\u514d\u4e86\u4efb\u4f55\u7279\u6b8a\u8655\u7406\u548c\u5ee2\u7269\u8655\u7406\u65b9\u6848\u7684\u9700\u8981\u3002\u8a72\u6e2c\u5b9a\u6cd5\u53ef\u4ee5\u4ee596\u5b54\u7684\u5f62\u5f0f\u6bcf\u5b54\u6aa2\u6e2c\u81f3\u5c110.5\u03bcg\u7684\u81a0\u539f\u86cb\u767d\uff0c\u4e26\u7522\u751f\u5e7e\u4e4e\u8207\u7d93\u5178\u7684\u9ad8\u6c2f\u9178\u65b9\u6cd5\u76f8\u540c\u7684\u6bd4\u8272\u7d50\u679c\u3002<\/p>\n
