\u7522\u54c1\u4ecb\u7d39<\/strong>:<\/strong> <\/span>HMG-CoA\u9084\u539f\u9176\uff083-\u7fa5\u57fa-3-\u7532\u57fa – \u620a\u4e8c\u9170\u8f14\u9176A\u9084\u539f\u9176\u6216HMGR\uff09\uff08EC 1.1.1.34\uff09\u662f\u7532\u7fa5\u620a\u9178\u9014\u5f91\u7684\u901f\u7387\u63a7\u5236\u9176\uff0c\u5f9e\u4e59\u9170\u8f14\u9176A\u7522\u751f\u81bd\u56fa\u9187\u7684\u4ee3\u8b1d\u9014\u5f91\u3002 \u5728NADPH\u4f9d\u8cf4\u6027\u53cd\u61c9\u4e2d\uff0cHMG-CoA\u9084\u539f\u9176\u964d\u4f4eHMG-CoA\u4ee5\u7522\u751f\u7532\u7fa5\u620a\u9178\u548cCoA\u3002 \u8a72\u9176\u662f\u88ab\u7a31\u70bastatins\u4ed6\u6c40\u985e\u7684\u4e00\u7d44\u81bd\u56fa\u9187\u964d\u4f4e\u85e5\u7269\u7684\u9776\u6a19\u3002 \u6291\u5236HMG-CoA\u9084\u539f\u9176\u8a98\u5c0e\u809d\u81df\u4e2dLDL\u53d7\u9ad4\u7684\u8868\u9054\uff0c\u964d\u4f4e\u8840\u6f3f\u81bd\u56fa\u9187\u6fc3\u5ea6\u3002 BioVision\u7684HMG-CoA\u9084\u539f\u9176\u6d3b\u6027\u6e2c\u5b9a\u8a66\u5291\u76d2\u6e2c\u91cfNADPH\u7684\u5229\u7528\u7387\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u901a\u904e\u5438\u5149\u5ea6\u7684\u964d\u4f4e\uff08OD 340 nm\uff09\u4f86\u6e2c\u91cf\u3002 \u8a72\u8a66\u5291\u76d2\u9069\u7528\u65bc\u6e2c\u5b9a\u7d14\u5316\u9176\u7684\u6d3b\u6027\u548c\u7be9\u9078HMG-CoA\u9084\u539f\u9176\u7684\u6291\u5236\u5291\/\u6fc0\u6d3b\u5291\u3002 \u7522\u54c1\u4e4b\u6aa2\u6e2c\u9650\u4f4e\u65bc0.05 mU\u3002<\/p>\n
