\u7522\u54c1\u63cf\u8ff0<\/strong>: <\/strong>\u7d44\u86cb\u767d\u812b\u4e59\u91af\u9176\uff08HDAC\uff09\u7684\u6291\u5236\u6d89\u53ca\u8abf\u7bc0\u8f49\u9304\u4e26\u8a98\u5c0e\u764c\u7d30\u80de\u51cb\u4ea1\u6216\u5206\u5316\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u7531\u65bc\u7f3a\u4e4f\u7528\u65bc\u5206\u6790HDAC\u6d3b\u6027\u7684\u65b9\u4fbf\u7684\u5de5\u5177\uff0c\u7be9\u9078\u5316\u5408\u7269\u5c0d\u65bcHDAC\u6291\u5236\u662f\u56f0\u96e3\u7684\u3002\u87a2\u5149HDAC\u6d3b\u6027\u6e2c\u5b9a\u8a66\u5291\u76d2\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u5feb\u901f\u548c\u57fa\u65bc\u87a2\u5149\u7684\u65b9\u6cd5\uff0c\u514b\u670d\u4e86\u50b3\u7d71\u6e2c\u5b9a\u4e2d\u4f7f\u7528\u7684\u653e\u5c04\u6027\uff0c\u63d0\u53d6\u6216\u8272\u8b5c\u5206\u6790\u4e4b\u65b9\u6cd5\u3002\u53ea\u9700\u8981\u5169\u500b\u7c21\u55ae\u7684\u6b65\u9a5f\uff0c\u65bc\u540c\u4e00\u500b\u5fae\u91cf\u6ef4\u5b9a\u677f\u4e0a\u9032\u884c\u3002\u9996\u5148\uff0c\u5c07\u5305\u542b\u4e59\u91af\u5316\u8cf4\u6c28\u9178\u5074\u93c8\u7684HDAC\u5e95\u7269\u8207\u542b\u6709HDAC\u6d3b\u6027\u7684\u6a23\u54c1\uff08\u4f8b\u5982HeLa\u6838\u63d0\u53d6\u7269\uff09\u4e00\u8d77\u53cd\u61c9\u3002\u5e95\u7269\u7684\u812b\u4e59\u91af\u5316\u4f7f\u5e95\u7269\u81f4\u654f\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u8207\u8cf4\u6c28\u9178\u986f\u5f71\u5291\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u7684\u4ea4\u806f\u7522\u751f\u87a2\u5149\u5718\u3002\u53ef\u4f7f\u7528\u87a2\u5149\u677f\u8b80\u6578\u5668\u6216\u87a2\u5149\u8a08\u5bb9\u6613\u5730\u5206\u6790\u87a2\u5149\u5718\u3002\u8a72\u6e2c\u5b9a\u975e\u5e38\u9069\u5408\u65bc\u9ad8\u901a\u91cf\u7be9\u9078\u61c9\u7528\u3002 HDAC\u6291\u5236\u5291\u548c\u6297\u9ad4\u4e5f\u53ef\u55ae\u7368\u4f7f\u7528\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
