3C\uff08\u53bb\u86cb\u767d\u9176\uff09\uff0c\u56e0\u5b50Xa\u548c\u7159\u8349\u8755\u523b\u75c5\u6bd2\u86cb\u767d\u9176\uff08TEV\uff09\u7684\u6d3b\u6027\u7684\u5207\u5272\u5c0d\u7167\u7684\u91cd\u7d44\u878d\u5408\u86cb\u767d\u3002\u7814\u7a76\u986f\u793a\uff0cN\u672b\u7aef\u878d\u5408\u914d\u5076\u9ad4\u7684SUMO\uff08\u5c0f\u6cdb\u7d20\u6a23MO\u5316\u5408\u7269\uff09\u878d\u5408\u6a19\u7c64\uff08Smt3\uff09\u589e\u5f37\u4e86\u539f\u6838\u548c\u771f\u6838\u8868\u9054\u7cfb\u7d71\u4e2d\u529f\u80fd\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u7684\u7522\u751f\uff0c\u4e26\u986f\u8457\u63d0\u9ad8\u4e86\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u7684\u7a69\u5b9a\u6027\u548c\u6eb6\u89e3\u5ea6\u3002\u8b58\u5225SUMO\u6a19\u7c64\u7684\u4e09\u7d1a\u7d50\u69cb\u7684SUMO\u86cb\u767d\u91761\uff08Ulp1\u80bd\u9176\uff09\u53ef\u7528\u65bc\u5f9e\u91cd\u7d44\u878d\u5408\u86cb\u767d\u5207\u5272SUMO\u6a19\u7c64\uff0c\u5c0e\u81f4\u9776\u86cb\u767d\u6c92\u6709\u984d\u5916\u7684\u6c28\u57fa\u9178\u3002 SUMO-GFP\u662f\u901a\u904e\u5c08\u6709\u591a\u80bd\u63a5\u982d\u8207GFP\u591a\u80bd\u5e8f\u5217\u878d\u5408\u7684\u9175\u6bcdsmt3\u86cb\u767d\u7684\u91cd\u7d44\u878d\u5408\u86cb\u767d\u3002\u8a72\u878d\u5408\u86cb\u767d\u53ef\u7528\u4f5c\u6e2c\u8a66SUMO\u86cb\u767d\u91761\u548c\u5176\u4ed6\u76f8\u95dc\u86cb\u767d\u9176\u6d3b\u6027\u7684\u5207\u5272\u5c0d\u7167\u3002\u53e6\u542b\u6709\u7528\u65bc\u51dd\u8840\u9176\uff0c\u8178\u6fc0\u9176\uff0cHRV14 3C\uff08\u53bb\u86cb\u767d\u9176\uff09\uff0c\u56e0\u5b50Xa\u548c\u7159\u8349\u8755\u523b\u75c5\u6bd2\u86cb\u767d\u9176\uff08TEV\uff09\u7684\u984d\u5916\u7684\u86cb\u767d\u6c34\u89e3\u5207\u5272\u4f4d\u9ede\u3002
