\u7522\u54c1\u4ecb\u7d39<\/strong>:<\/strong> \u00a0<\/strong>5-\u6eb4-2-\u812b\u6c27\u5c3f\u82f7\uff08BrdU\uff09\u662f\u5627\u5576\u985e\u4f3c\u7269\u3002 \u5c07\u5176\u4f75\u5165\u65b0\u5408\u6210\u7684\u589e\u6b96\u7d30\u80deDNA\u4ee3\u66ff\u80f8\u82f7\u3002\u6eb4\u812b\u6c27\u5c3f\u82f7\uff08BrdU\uff09\u7684\u514d\u75ab\u7d30\u80de\u5316\u5b78\u6aa2\u6e2c\u662f\u7814\u7a76\u6b63\u5e38\u548c\u816b\u7624\u7d30\u80de\u7684\u7d30\u80de\u56e0\u5b50\u7684\u6709\u529b\u5de5\u5177\u3002 \u4f7f\u7528\u80f8\u82f7\u985e\u4f3c\u7269BrdU\u9032\u884c\u816b\u7624\u7d30\u80de\u7684\u9ad4\u5916\u6216\u9ad4\u5167\u6a19\u8a18\uff0c\u96a8\u5f8c\u7528\u7279\u7570\u6027\u6297BrdU\u55ae\u514b\u9686\u6297\u9ad4\u6aa2\u6e2c\u647b\u5165\u7684BrdU\u662f\u4e00\u7a2e\u6e96\u78ba\u800c\u5168\u9762\u7684DNA\u5408\u6210\u7a0b\u5ea6\u7684\u65b9\u6cd5\u3002 BrdU\u647b\u5165\u5230\u65b0\u5408\u6210\u7684S\u671f\u7d30\u80de\u7684DNA\u4e2d\u53ef\u4ee5\u63d0\u4f9bS\u671f\u7d30\u80de\u5206\u6578\u7684\u4f30\u8a08\u3002 \u901a\u904e\u96d9\u8b8a\u91cfBrdU \/ DNA\u6d41\u5f0f\u7d30\u80de\u8853\u5206\u6790\uff0c\u4e5f\u53ef\u4ee5\u7372\u5f97\u52d5\u614b\u589e\u6b96\u4fe1\u606f\uff0c\u5982S\u671f\u8f49\u79fb\u7387\u548c\u6f5b\u5728\u500d\u589e\u6642\u9593\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
