Line\u00a0(\u8ca8\u865fT3021)<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u7d30\u80de\u6c34\u5e73\u7684\u85e5\u7269\u7be9\u9078<\/strong>\uff0c\u662f\u63a5\u8fd1\u751f\u7406\u689d\u4ef6\u7684\u4e00\u7a2e\u85e5\u7269\u7be9\u9078\u6a21\u5f0f\uff1b\u6392\u9664\u751f\u5316\u6c34\u5e73\u4e4b\u85e5\u7269\u7be9\u9078\u6a21\u578b\uff0c\u4e4b\u6613\u53d7\u9776\u9176\u7684\u4f5c\u7528\u7a0b\u5ea6\uff0c\u5438\u6536\u3001\u5206\u5e03\u3001\u4ee3\u8b1d\u3001\u6392\u6cc4\u7b49\u53c3\u6578\u4e0d\u78ba\u5b9a\u56e0\u7d20\u5f71\u97ff\uff0c\u4f7f\u8aa4\u7be9\u7387\u66f4\u9ad8\u3002\u7d30\u80de\u6c34\u5e73\u4e4b\u85e5\u7269\u7be9\u9078\uff0c\u66f4\u63a5\u8fd1\u751f\u7406\u689d\u4ef6\uff0c\u8b93\u7be9\u9078\u7684\u6e96\u78ba\u7387\u66f4\u9ad8\u3002Abmgood\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e00\u7cfb\u5217\u7d30\u80de\u6c34\u5e73\u4e4b\u85e5\u7269\u6a21\u578b\uff0c\u52a0\u901f\u65b0\u85e5\u767c\u73fe\u548c\u751f\u7269\u91ab\u5b78\u7814\u7a76\u3002\u7d93\u904e\u9a57\u8b49\u751f\u6210\u4e86\u4e00\u500b\u7368\u7279\u7684G\u86cb\u767d\u5076\u806f\u53d7\u9ad4\uff08GPCR\uff09\u5eab\u3001\u6fc0\u9176\u3001\u6838\u6fc0\u7d20\u53d7\u9ad4\uff08NHR\uff09\u548c\u96e2\u5b50\u901a\u9053\u4e4b\u7a69\u5b9a\u7d30\u80de\u7cfb\u5eab\uff0c\u70ba\u6240\u6709\u7814\u7a76\u9805\u76ee\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u5f37\u5927\u7684\u6aa2\u6e2c\u5e73\u53f0\u3002<\/p>\n<p><img \u7a69\u5b9a\u7684TP\u7d30\u80de<\/strong><strong>\u682a<\/strong><strong>\u4ecb\u7d39<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong> HEK293S-TetR\u7a69\u5b9a\u8868\u9054TP\u7d30\u80de\u682a\u88ab\u5efa\u7acb\u70ba\u5177\u6709\u8868\u9054thromboxane A2 receptor \u8840\u6813\u7d20A2\u53d7\u9ad4\uff08TP\uff09\u7684\u56db\u74b0\u7d20\u8a98\u5c0e\u578bHEK293S\u7a69\u5b9a\u7d30\u80de\u7cfb\u3002 TP\u662f\u53c3\u8207\u8840\u7ba1\u6536\u7e2e\u548c\u8840\u6813\u5f62\u6210\u7684G\u86cb\u767d\u5076\u806f\u53d7\u9ad4\uff08GPCR\uff09\u3002 \u53ef\u61c9\u7528\u65bc\u767c\u73feTP\u751f\u7269\u5b78\u548c\u53d7\u9ad4\u7684\u4f5c\u7528\u548c\u529f\u80fd\u4e0a\u6709\u50f9\u503c\u7684\u5de5\u5177\u3002abm\u5177\u6709\u53ef\u7528\u7684TP\u53d7\u9ad4\u7684A160T\u7a81\u8b8a\u9ad4\uff08\u8ca8\u865fT3164\uff09\u3002<span
