\u7522\u54c1\u4ecb\u7d39<\/strong>:<\/strong> Fructosamine\u679c\u7cd6\u80fa\u662f\u901a\u904e\u8461\u8404\u7cd6\u548c\u8840\u6e05\u86cb\u767d\uff08\u901a\u5e38\u70ba\u767d\u86cb\u767d\uff09\u4e4b\u9593\u7684\u975e\u9176\u53cd\u61c9\u5f62\u6210\u7684\u7a69\u5b9a\u7684\u7cd6\u57fa\u5316\u86cb\u767d\u3002\u7cd6\u5c3f\u75c5\u60a3\u8005\u7684\u8840\u6e05\u6a23\u54c1\u4e2d\u53ef\u4ee5\u767c\u73fefructosamine \u6fc3\u5ea6\u5347\u9ad8\uff0c\u5176\u6aa2\u6e2c\u53ef\u7528\u65bc\u8a55\u4f30\u7cd6\u5c3f\u75c5\u60a3\u8005\u7684\u8840\u7cd6\u72c0\u614b\u3002\u8207\u8840\u7d05\u86cb\u767d\uff08t1 \/ 2 = 20\u5929\uff0c\u5206\u5225\u70ba50\u5929\uff09\u76f8\u6bd4\uff0c\u767d\u86cb\u767d\u7684\u534a\u8870\u671f\u66f4\u77ed\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0cFructosamine\u679c\u7cd6\u80fa\u6c34\u5e73\u53cd\u6620\u4e86\u77ed\u671f\u5167\u7cd6\u5c3f\u75c5\u60a3\u8005\u6cbb\u7642\u7684\u7642\u6548\uff0c\u4e26\u63d0\u4f9b\u6bd4\u8a31\u591a\u5176\u4ed6\u78b3\u6c34\u5316\u5408\u7269\u6aa2\u6e2c\u66f4\u65e9\u548c\u66f4\u9748\u654f\u7684\u7cd6\u5c3f\u75c5\u6aa2\u6e2c\u3002 Biovision\u7684Fructosamine\u679c\u7cd6\u80fa\u6e2c\u5b9a\u8a66\u5291\u76d2\u662f\u7528\u65bc\u76f4\u63a5\u6e2c\u5b9a\u8840\u6e05\u4e2dFructosamine\u679c\u7cd6\u80fa\u6c34\u5e73\u7684\u5fae\u5b54\u677f\u6bd4\u8272\u6cd5\u3002\u8a72\u6e2c\u5b9a\u6cd5\u57fa\u65bcFructosamine\u679c\u7cd6\u80fa\u9084\u539f\u785d\u57fa\u85cd\u56db\u6c2e\u5511\uff08NBT\uff09\u7684\u80fd\u529b\uff0c\u5728\u9e7c\u6027\u689d\u4ef6\u4e0b\u5f62\u6210\u6709\u8272\u7d42\u7522\u7269\uff08\u7d2b\u8272\uff09\u3002formazan \u7684\u5f62\u6210\u901f\u7387\u8207\u6a23\u54c1\u4e2d\u679c\u7cd6\u7684\u6fc3\u5ea6\u6210\u6b63\u6bd4\uff0c\u5438\u5149\u5ea6\u589e\u52a0\uff08OD 530nm\uff09\u53ef\u4ee5\u7528\u5206\u5149\u5149\u5ea6\u8a08\u76e3\u6e2c\u3002\u8a72\u8a66\u5291\u76d2\u5305\u62ecThiol Blocking Reagent\u548cSample Cleaning Mix\uff0c\u53ef\u6700\u5927\u9650\u5ea6\u5730\u6e1b\u5c11\u5176\u4ed6\u5167\u6e90\u6027\u9084\u539f\u5291\u7684\u5e72\u64fe\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u78ba\u4fdd\u751f\u7269\u6a23\u54c1\u4e2dFructosamine\u679c\u7cd6\u80fa\u7684\u6e96\u78ba\u6e2c\u91cf\u3002\u8a72\u6aa2\u6e2c\u65b9\u6cd5\u7c21\u55ae\uff0c\u91cd\u8907\uff0c\u6aa2\u6e2c\u6a23\u54c1\u4e2d\u4f4e\u81f320\u03bcmol\/ L\u7684Fructosamine\u679c\u7cd6\u80fa\u3002<\/p>\n
