\u8a72\u9176\u5728PCR\u6216RT-PCR\u4e2d\u662f\u6709\u7528\u7684\u6dfb\u52a0\u5291\uff0c\u56e0\u70ba\u5b83\u53ef\u4ee5\u5b89\u5168\u5730\u4fdd\u8b77RNA\u514d\u53d7\u6f5b\u5728\u7684RNase\u6c61\u67d3\uff0c\u800c\u4e0d\u6703\u6291\u5236\u805a\u5408\u9176\u6d3b\u6027\u3002 \u9019\u7a2e\u5f37\u5927\u7684RNase\u6291\u5236\u5291\u7248\u672c\u5c0d\u9ad8\u5ea6\u6c27\u5316\u654f\u611f\u7684\u4eba\u985eRNase\u6291\u5236\u5291\u5177\u6709\u6539\u5584\u7684\u6297\u6c27\u5316\u6027\u80fd\u3002 RNaseOFF\u6838\u7cd6\u6838\u9178\u9176\u6291\u5236\u5291\u5373\u4f7f\u5728\u975e\u5e38\u4f4e\u6fc3\u5ea6\u7684DTT\uff08&lt;1 mM\uff09\u4e0b\u4e5f\u662f\u7a69\u5b9a\u7684\uff0c\u4f7f\u5176\u6210\u70ba\u6700\u7d42RNA\u4fdd\u8b77\u7684\u6700\u4f73\u9078\u64c7\u3002<img decoding=\"async\" RNA\u9176A\u7684\u6d3b\u6027\u6291\u523650\uff05\u6240\u9700\u7684RNaseOFF\u6838\u7cd6\u6838\u9178\u9176\u6291\u5236\u5291\u7684\u91cf\u3002\u5728\u53cd\u61c9\u8a2d\u7f6e\u671f\u9593\uff0c\u59cb\u7d42\u5c07RNaseOFF\u4fdd\u7559\u5728\u51b0\u4e0a\u3002\u5efa\u8b70\u5728\u6d88\u9664RNase\u6c61\u67d3\u7684\u689d\u4ef6\u4e0b\u8a2d\u7f6e\u6240\u6709RNA\u76f8\u95dc\/ RNA\u9176\u654f\u611f\u578b\u5de5\u4f5c\u3002 \u79fb\u6db2\u7ba1\u5c16\u7aef\u548c\u7ba1\u5b50\u61c9\u75280.1\uff05DEPC\u8655\u7406\u3002\u4f7f\u7528RNA\u6642\uff0c\u5f37\u70c8\u5efa\u8b70\u4f69\u6234\u624b\u5957\u3002<\/p>\n<p><span
