Abbkine活細胞追踪試劑盒（Abbkine Live Cell Tracking Kit, 綠色螢光）提供了一種通用且保存良好的細胞追踪試劑（CellTracker Green），用於監測細胞的移動(cell movement)，位置(location)，增殖(proliferation)，遷移(migration)，趨化性(chemotaxis)和侵襲性(invasion)。 CellTracker Green可以被動地擴散到細胞中，並保持無色和無螢光狀態，直到其乙酸酯基團被細胞內酯酶裂解，從而產生高度螢光，可與胺反應的羧基螢光素琥珀酰亞胺酯。琥珀酰亞胺基酯基團與細胞內的胺反應，形成螢光共軛物（Ex / Em = 494 / 521nm），該共軛物保留得很好並且可以用醛固定劑固定。
