產品介紹: Anti-Streptavidin Antibody單株抗體，免疫物種為mouse。通過蛋白A色譜(protein A chromatography)或連續差異沉澱(sequential differential precipitations)從腹水或培養基中純化。Anti-Streptavidin Antibody單株抗體可應用於ELISA, IHC & WB assays；此抗體針對Streptavidin具特異性。此蛋白的保存溶液為0.01 M phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.2 and contains 0.1% sodium azide. Each vial contains 1.0 ml。貯存於-20°C, 避免反覆冷凍解凍。
